“My husband and I had a most delightful dinner. Michel the owner welcomed us like into his home. Excellent wine recommendation with our dinner. All staff efficient and attentive to our needs. Octopus appetizer, Pasta Bolonase delicious and generous. The venue itself is charming, with Michels own artwork as decor. We were visiting from out of town, otherwise this would be a favorite to frequent.”

“We were in Tarrytown on vacation and stopped in. I love to pick up local goods to bring home and I was not disappointed. Patrons and staff were kind and efficient. The Witch’s Brew beans I brought home are wonderful, mild, and full of flavor. Can’t wait to break into the second bag of beans I bought.”

“If you're a fan of pizza and looking for a unique twist on a classic favorite, then you have to try the chimi pizza at this spot. The combination of flavors is truly unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend giving it a try the next time you're craving a delicious slice of pizza. In my opinion, this definitely ranks as one of the best pizzas I've ever had.”

“We stopped in on a recent trip to “Sleepy Hollow.” I snagged five different flavors of pretzels to bring home. They were all delicious, but the stuffed PB&J? I cannot stop thinking about that pretzel and cannot wait to order it online! Incredible!!”

“Walked the Tappan Zee Bridge from Rockland to Westchester and made our way to the Taco Project for awesome Chicken Tacos and some Mango Margaritas! After all we earned it! 😉 Will definitely be back again and will recommend to all my friends!”

“Always great pizza, always delivered quickly -- and if you ask for "well-done" the pizza is crispy on the bottom. They will make any combination that you want, but we especially recommend the chicken marsala pizza, and a cheese pizza with pesto and mushrooms on top. YUM!”

“Went there as I was catching a show across the street. Nice small place with cozy atmosphere. There was seating inside and outdoors. My wife and I started off with a chicken and beef empanada. The filling was delicious and the outside was flaky and light. Delicious empanadas. For our main course my wife had the Cubano and I had the Classic 55 Burger. My wife got sweet potato fries with hers and I got regular seasoned fries. The Cubano was a nice size portion. My wife really enjoyed it And enjoyed the sweet potato fries. The burger I had was absolutely delicious and the french fries were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The price was definitely reasonable for what we ate. And I did not leave hungry. It was just enough. Definitely a place worth stopping at again and having a couple drinks and some nice food. Also, our server was great. Nice to talk to and very attentive.”

“My girlfriend and I went to the Ruth's Chris Steak House in Tarrytown for her birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience. Our waiter, Don, went above and beyond to make the night extra special. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The customer service overall was outstanding, and every dish we ordered was exceptional. We always love coming here, and this visit reminded us exactly why. Thank you for making her birthday so memorable — we can't wait to come back! 🍻”

“Love this coffee shop/bakery in this converted old train ticket /waiting station. Their are still some announcements as trains pull in. Noticed some people working on their laptops. saw some families. Parking is a little tough and you have to pay metered parking via an app or coins. Once inside it is totally worth it. I highly recommend this place.”

“Osaka Sushi has become one of our go-to delivery spots. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are tasty, and everything arrives just as it should. No, it’s not omakase-grade artistry but it doesn’t try to be. What it does deliver is solid, reliable sushi you can actually look forward to on a weeknight.”

“I work locally but I’m not very familiar with the area, so I tried Bibille through Uber Eats. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was really happy with my order. I got the beef ramen, which usually comes with one egg, but I added an extra just in case. Honestly, one probably would have been enough. I also ordered a small side of kimchi, which was a perfect addition. The ramen was flavorful and filling.
I called before my order was picked up to ask about utensils, and the person who answered was kind, patient, and polite. That extra care really stood out to me.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to order again. I usually bring lunch from home, but it was such a nice treat to order out here.”

“Tarry Tavern for dinner: Mom had Seared maine sea scallops with local corn and leek risotto and I got the roasted Hudson valley duck breast with pecan cranberry wild rice and sunchoke purée. Unreal. Mom cleaned her plate at a restaurant for the first time in ages and mine was to die for. We shared the pumpkin pecan bread pudding for dessert. Outstanding experience with excellent, friendly service”

“My last visit to Main St. Pizza in Tarrytown was great! The service was good, and the pizza was absolutely delicious cheesy and perfectly cooked, everything on point. We had to wait about 25 minutes for our pizza since it was very busy, but it was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend it!”

“The Tapp is the quintessential local bar. The staff are very friendly, the burgers are phenomenal (as is everything else on the menu), and the prices are more than reasonable. If you find yourself in Tarrytown for shopping or seeing a show at The Music Hall, make a stop at The Tapp a part of the experience. Better still, make the trip just to visit The Tapp alone. It really is a great place to hang out with friends, catch a singer, play Tuesday Night Trivia, or have a terrific meal.”

“I love Playa bowls to begin with but what stood out to me on this visit and made me want to leave a review were the two young ladies working 10/27/25 in the PM (didn’t catch their name), they were absolutely great! They were patient, helpful and so positive! A pleasure to be helped by them, will be returning to this playa bowls location :) thanks!”

“Pretty good place.\n\nI was here a few times in the past, but have come back several times recently and will continue to.\n\nTheir slice is good. Not all pizza is created equal of course and people's taste buds/preferences are going to be different, but as someone who's had pizza all over the place, this one is one of the better ones. If I had to make one complaint about it, it's the grease - but it's a minor complaint. If I'm in the area and want a good slice, I know to come here.\n\nThey also have plenty of other options of course with both slices/pies and other items - a lot of it behind the large glass display when you come in. I've had a few things already and everything has been good. I am preferential to the pepperoni pinwheel, but there are plenty of options to satisfy most. It's nice to have the options, as some places don't have as many. The menu is pretty deep and has quite a lot to offer.\n\nThey have both pick up and delivery available and a website to order from (and view the menu).\n\nThe fridge is well stocked with plenty of options.\n\nThere are some tables for those wanting a quick slice and there's also full dine in tables with service.\n\nThey share the land with other businesses, so the parking lot can be annoying and busy at times.\n\nOverall a pretty good pizzeria in the area with a lot to offer. While I don't live here, I work in the area frequently enough and it's nice to know I have this option. I'll of course be back.”

“We were staying at the Tarrytown house estate and decided to visit Goosefeather for dinner, not having any idea about the restaurant other than that it was located on-site. As Chinese-style martial artists, we were pleasantly surprised to see the Cantonese -fusion menu options as we walked in. Unfortunately, we did not have reservations, but we were able to sit at the bar. What an auspicious turn of luck! The bar offers not only the full menu, but the chance to watch professionals at their craft. We were taken care of by Mariana and Sara, who were busy yet still highly attentive. They were very knowledgeable about the menu, and explained everything even before our questions had a habce to leave our lips. We started with some standard drinks (a spicy martini, and one of their mocktails with Ron Zacapa rum added in). Solid pours, balancing the flavors of the drinks with adequate alcohol to keep things fun). Next week ordered the spicy rice cakes and the potstickers. Each was perfectly done. The potstickers were crispy but not burnt, and paired with a just-right spicy Chinese mustard. There were four per serving, which served to whet out appetites while leaving us waiting for more. Next, we got the spicy rice cakes. These were just hot enough to let the tongue know, but the spice built pleasantly. The plate was pretty big, and the two of us had more than one or two helpings each. Finally, we had the Crying Tiger Tuna. The lightly seared and seasoned tuna was paired with avocado salad, pickled gooseberries, and sweet goji berries. Delicious! To cap it off, we switched up our drinks for two of their signature cocktails. Sweet emotion is a pumpkin espresso martini with a smoky bubble of deliciousness in top. Love in an Elevator is a wild rum ride of flavors I'd never think to blend, such as apricot, chocolate, and lemon. Overall, while pricey, the experience, the food, and the atmosphere made it worth it! As a bonus, we were watched over by a really cool portrait of Bruce Lee!”
