“I love the Tuckahoe Station Cafe! Every single bite of food I've ordered (sandwiches, burgers, breakfast wraps...) has always been delicious. They do super fun sandwiches like the "disco" - fried chicken cutlet, mozzarella, gravy, French Fries, on a garlic roll! They have "crazy milkshakes" and all sorts of pancakes (I love the peanutbutter and chocolate ones). My mother - who is very picky - was SO happy that her cup of tea was boiling hot. As a tea drinker, I can tell you that most places have luke-warm water, and it's very disappointing. She has been comparing all restaurants to TSC since going there 2 months ago - and no one has been better! She also loved that she could get a BEC that included hashbrowns in the wrap!My only critique is that TSC is not opened for dinner - that would be a game changer!My husband and I love going to TSC and taking our friends. Emma the waitress is so nice, the food is always amazing, and it's reasonably priced. It's just a great experience all around.“

“This place is right in town, Crestwood (although it has Tuckahoe address). It has great soup (chicken noodle), also hot food, sandwiches. The staff is friendly and service is quick. Take-out or eat-in. The seating is not fancy in any way. There is also a coffee self serve. And many different packaged pasta to take home. It's one of the few deli's left that make food that doesn't have NYC pricing.“

“I go to this place at least three times a week. I love Mae Mae. The service is wonderful and the food is delicious. The cherry on top is the affordable pricing! I cannot describe how joyful it is to eat food that leaves you full, but not feeling heavy, and not steep for your pockets. I recommend to everyone at work and now the internet! “I went into the Fantastic Foods store in Norwood, NJ for the first time and was amazed at the international food sections, as well as the cooking classes they offer. The owner proudly introduced me to the products. Before I left, as I was at the register paying for the things that I had purchased, the owner asked me if I’d like to try the pecan pie. She noticed that I was cooking tempting it. It looked so incredible I wondered if it tasted as good as it looked. When I tried a piece, I was astounded at how delicious it was! I’ve never tasted anything quite like it! I’ve never had pecan pie, but this must’ve been a cut above the rest. The cinnamon flavor was divine, and I immediately ordered a piece for myself to go. When I got into my car, I couldn’t wait! I immediately devoured my delicious pecan pie. My father used to say it was his favorite but I bet he never had anything this good!! I wish he was around so I could share it with him but it made me happy to know that I now can share his joy! I immediately texted my friends to tell them about my experience! The owner tells me that they also serve crêpes. I can’t imagine how amazing they must be. I Highly recommend Fantastic Foods to anyone who is selective in their culinary taste and looks for international foods. They have a wide selection of snacks to grab, whether it be cake or one of their made goods like a croquet or the boba. Would definitely recommend, my one negative aspect would be the music taste. It's a bit tacky and old, but not bad enough to not come.“

“The Healthy in Dyckman Juice Bar is one of my new favorites! The variety of food options available is mind boggling and I mean that in a good way. As someone who doesn’t eat dairy, I love it here. “My husband and I just had a lunch there. The place is overall good, they are trying to recreate the atmosphere of a French bistro cafe. The croissant and what they claim on the menu to be “French” is definitely not close to French cuisine. But the food is good. What we found outrageous is the pricing. $17 for a green salad and +18 for proteins!!, $31 for a Cobb salad, $22 for a quiche… this is way more expensive than NYC price. Be aware.“

“I absolutely love Urbano Cafe Bar!!! The aesthetics are so cute and create the perfect atmosphere. The food is amazing—especially the chicken wings, which are a must-try no matter what sauce you pick. My personal favorites are the buffalo and sweet chili. The Urbano burger and fries are freshly made and delicious, and the tacos are packed with fresh ingredients. They also offer a great happy hour with the option to get a cubetazo of 5 beers!

“Adorable cafe conveniently located a couple blocks from the train! Very friendly and attentive service, warm welcoming and clean atmosphere. The pastries looks amazing, but got the breakfast wrap (you'll have to order a side if you're hungry) and the 3 egg omelette with homefries and toast were more filling and served hot. “Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“

“This is a pleasant addition to town, and obviously quite popular. I only gave 2 stars for food because despite having a collection of 3 nondairy milks (75 cent upcharge not appreciated!) there is not a single food item a vegan or person with dairy issues can eat. Also, the only place you can sit and work on a device is the big table, which is usually full. Every other sitting area has tables that are the same height or lower than the chairs/stools so really not back friendly. Service is good and nice minimalist vibe-- will be back!

Response to owner: Regarding vegan pastries, if they are indeed vegan (dairy, egg, butter honey free) then why not label them as such or at least put up a little sign that says ask us about our vegan options?“

“This place is a hidden gem/slice of heaven. The pastries are made fresh daily and are light and really perfectly balanced. They come with great flavors that you don't commonly find like cardamom. It was very hard to decide but I went with a pistachio option for pastry/doughnut. I also ordered a cappuccino and added one of their cafe-made flavors: s'mores. They offer others but this was especially good and again, not overly sweet. They really got it right. Dean and Co are very friendly & courteous. If you're close by, make this a part of your morning routine!

“A different type of chai than I have had before. Stronger on 1 spice (unknown) than the rest, but I like it. I recommend the Croissant cinnamon bun hybrid. It's lighter in texture without all sugary frosting on top; a personal preference of mine.

“This is a staple in the heights, i love coming here whenever i get the chance i always get either the everything green or sweet green juice and sometimes the Strawberry shake and i add a scoop of vanilla protein powder they have, they do have other flavor protein powder! They also have chia pudding with fruit which sell out fast!! . Their pastelitos are so good i always get chicken or cheese. id definitely recommend this place to go to after the gym. There’s no place that beats their price, bring cash !!!! Best spot for a cheat day or if you want to eat clean and the staff is very welcoming, kind, and friendly.
