“When I moved to New York, I lived upstairs to an Italian Deli. After moving to Greenwich, I have been looking for a deli that would match it. A friend recommended Firehouse...and THIS IS IT! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. Love their meatball Parm wedge, the Mr. G's wedge...hell, everything I've tried has been good. My wife loves their fish sandwich, too, so it's a winner all around...it's all great.“

I don’t know about food quality.
But two guys who work there always nice with me. Orders always ready for pick up, drinks always fixed in the cart box.
Pick up counter always clean.
Sometimes I’m using a restroom (I’m sorry): it’s always clean.
I think, guys taking care of the place.
Maybe sometimes they are looking tired.
But they are hard workers.

“I don’t understand how you make the bagels so perfect? Just picked up a dozen for mother’s day. Traveled south 1 hour and 10 there and back, totally worth it! No better bagels to me. Very light crunch on the outside and perfectly soft, doughy and chewy on the inside.“

“Crystal is a true leader and customer experience ChAMPION! Ordering online was challenge. I was ordering for 14 people.. I called the location for help. The man that answered offered me his bosses cell number as my order was to BIG to take during the “lunch rush” hour . I was placed on hold and Crystal joined the call. She offered solutions, looked for ways to help and most importantly was able to complete my order with a smile.
