“When I moved to New York, I lived upstairs to an Italian Deli. After moving to Greenwich, I have been looking for a deli that would match it. A friend recommended Firehouse...and THIS IS IT! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. Love their meatball Parm wedge, the Mr. G's wedge...hell, everything I've tried has been good. My wife loves their fish sandwich, too, so it's a winner all around...it's all great.“

“This was a fantastic place. Now granted, I've only came here for the Lead Story sandwich, which is a Philly Cheesesteak, but man is it super flavorful. They do have cooper sharp cheese, so I'd recommend asking for it with the cooper sharp. Hands down, this is the best Philly I've had in Westchester. Tried a number of places, but none compare. I will be back some day to try their other sandwiches, but I've just been on a personal question for this type of sandwich close to home. If their other sandwiches are anything like this one then I'd 100% say this is a highly recommended spot to visit. All are reasonably priced too compared to most places for what you get. All in all, this was a really good spot.“

“This branch of Jersey Mike’s is the best branch I’ve got food from. The staff are super nice.
I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s subs for a while now, but the treatment i get here is exceptional.
I almost always get free cookies and sodas just for telling the staff how much I love their subs. I don think they need to do this, but they always go over and beyond to treat me nicely and I appreciate that.“

“Crystal is a true leader and customer experience ChAMPION! Ordering online was challenge. I was ordering for 14 people.. I called the location for help. The man that answered offered me his bosses cell number as my order was to BIG to take during the “lunch rush” hour . I was placed on hold and Crystal joined the call. She offered solutions, looked for ways to help and most importantly was able to complete my order with a smile. The team of people working when I arrived were all very nice and asked Crystal how they can help with the large order. I was very satisfied with the service and treatment at the Subway. But I was presently surprised this is actually a very nice Subway the guy working at the counter was very friendly and they had everything we wanted. The food is good the service is good only thing I can complain about is it doesn't have a restroom but honestly with that small of a space I wouldn't expect it to have a restroom“

The store is brand new, so it’s clean and pretty.
Not important but possibly worth mentioning: they do not support swiping your card, only tap or insert. So if you have one of those prepaid debit gift cards, it can’t be accepted. This is a non-issue for most and doesn’t affect my review.

“I stopped in for the 1st time on May 4, 2022. My 7 year old granddaughter saw the photos in the window and led me in! The staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. She ordered a cheeseburger with fries (!!!) and a pina colada smoothie.I had coffee which was fresh and a nice blend. The experience was pleasantly unexpected. We’ll be sure to return. ☺️“

“I wouldn't have imagined describing a Subway as lovely, but this location is so welcoming and nice to go to. I've come here for lunch a handful of times throughout the year and the staff are always friendly, polite, and upbeat. The sandwiches are delicious and the extra cookie brings a smile to my face every time. The place is clean and fresh. The lot is small but I never have trouble finding a place to park. “A good place to get a bagel, muffin, some lunch salads, etc. Lots of other goodies as well. A very popular place, you usually have a wait but it's short. Would like to see a redesign of where to order and pay as it's all crammed into one space. Other than that, you'll enjoy whatever you get there.“
