“We hired the food truck for a graduation party this past weekend. It was a big hit! Everything was delicious! Also, so nice that they had gluten free options available as I had guests coming with dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend having them at your next event.“

“The white castle that's been here for decades went through a remodel during covid times.

Long gone is the window to see them cooking the sliders and the bench tables.

Now it's cut and dry interior of tables and chairs and window seats with a large space in the middle where additional tables could have been placed.

They sell merch: tshirts and caps and some other items.

The menu has expanded a bit more, so you have beef, chicken, fish, impossible to choose from.

“I pulled up in the parking lot and saw an employee taking out the garbage. She opened the dumpsters with her hands. She then came inside and grabbed a pair of gloves and started handling food. Please train employees on the importance of handwashing.“

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. “I got something new, a Chiwawa- which is a giant ball of rice and cheese that they break open, add cheese sauce, protein (I got grilled chicken), sauce (Sriracha Honey), grilled buggies, black beans. It was very delicious, honestly 3 meals’ worth of yummy!!“

The women’s bathroom is strange because, in every stall, the toilet paper dispenser is placed so that your leg touches the plastic while you’re sitting on the toilet, and you essentially pull the toilet paper into your lap. Clean otherwise!“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

“The drive-thru experience at this location early this week was made even better by Joel who was outside, attentive, and ready to take orders. He verified the order, offered suggestions, and gave great descriptions of their main entrees to someone who usually only gets kids meals for the kids. The manager was incredibly friendly and she was seen working right along with their team. Food tasted fresh and the fries were perfectly salted with the right balance of crispy and soft. Shakes were also well-blended and the ice cream machine always works. Excellent location, service, and food.

But I was presently surprised this is actually a very nice Subway the guy working at the counter was very friendly and they had everything we wanted. “This restaurant is rather small but clean and well maintained. Ordering from the kiosk was easy and user friendly. You are able to customize your order on the kiosk and when done payment is easily done through Apple pay or a credit or debit card.
You don't have to stand at the counter until your number comes up - the food is brought to your table. The tray the food came on however, did not include napkins, straws or ketchup so you have to fetch these yourself.
A common complaint these days and not really due to anything McDonalds does, is that the food is too costly. In fact, if you customize your order, you get nicked for added charges for things that used to be free. Items like extra pickles or lettuce costs you another 25 cents.
One benefit of a special order, however, is that the food is made fresh - the burgers and fries I ordered were excellent.
At least they don't charge you for seating.“
