“I brought my friend after I found this place from a friend. We enjoyed everything … and talking about service, i can’t brag more about Amanis … She’s just the best. Aside from the delicious offerings, She will give you all to have you enjoy and have the best experience in their restaurant ??“
“I loved Sup Thai Kitchen! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were just all an A+. The food came out really quick and they were all super delicious. The menu has so many good options to choose from and the desserts were a great way to end the meal. They have really good boba too! Definitely a new favorite!“
“As you enter the restaurant, it has a more cozier and relaxed eating experience. The food took some time but it’s worth the wait. This is going to be a go to spot if I want Thai food in a relaxed setting. I highly recommend the Roti Dipp. The peanut dipping sauce is so savory.“
“No matter where you live on Long Island, Siam Emerald is worth the trip !! This restaurant is beautifully decorated- from the greenery on the ceilings to the gorgeous bathrooms. Siam Emerald definitely knows the importance of great service : The wait staff was amazingly attentive! The cuisine was truly outstanding. Every appetizer, entree and dessert that we ordered didn't disappoint. Absolutely everything we tried was sooo delicious AAND...we were wowed with the unique and creative presentation of every dish. This place was packed but not too loud. It was just a completely enjoyable evening! Needless to say , we highly recommend!!!!! Thanks Siam Emerald ! We had a great time and we'll be back soon!“
“I love to dine here with my family as well as order takeout. The food is consistently good and the staff is always courteous and helpful. My favorite dish, which I highly recommend, is the Spicy Basil Fish.Parking: free street parking but I've never had an issue finding a spaceKid-friendliness: the food is kid friendly.“
“Good spot for classic Thai. The basil fried rice and drunken noodle was amazing, the fried fish didn't meet expectation. The appetizers were regular. The service is fast. The saddest part was sticky mango rice not being available, mango mouse with coconut icecream saved the deal!“
“I’ve tried my fair share of ayce bbq, and this is easily the BEST. From the meat selection to the dessert bar, it’s so clear how much thought was put into the curation of this restaurant. The service was, also, just exceptional. We came right before the last seating time, and the staff made it known that we shouldn’t rush ourselves. They guided us through what to try, what tastes best etc. Left here incredibly stuffed with not just food, but also the love of the welcoming staff - will definitely be back! Could not recommend more.“
“We have been coming here for the last 10 and it still is my favorite Thai restaurant. Authentic Thai flavors, friendly service, nice portions, great atmosphere are just some of the things that keep me coming back every week. The entrance is unassuming but you will walk into a large spacious place that you would not expect in Fresh Meadows Queens.“
“We picked up take- outAnd came home with:Green Curry with Vermicelli & chicken superb!Massamun Curry with Roti & tofu excellent!Sautéed String Bean & Eggplant (V) great!Bamee Moo Dang Moo Krob (prepared well, but not going to be a favorite). We'll be back!Vegetarian options: Massaman Curry with roti & tofu is super.Sautéed String Bean & Eggplant (V) great!“
“A Thai restaurant with a full atmosphere and my favorite chive cake. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It tastes a bit like pig blood cake. Except for the slightly smaller portion, every dish tastes good! This time I found out that they offer Happy Hour from 4pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday, with 6 oysters for $8 and red and white wine for $6. I’ll give it a try next time!“
“I had to redo my review and I did give it five stars at first and the food was good . However when I went back the food was so soggy and nasty I wonder if it was another cook there . My first time eating here was delicious and everything was outstanding . But my money went down the drain . I guess it depends on who “
“This is my go to place for all things Thai. The food and taste is authentic, always hot and fresh when served and the staff is incredible. My go to:Shrimp pad see ewChicken pineapple fried riceChicken massaman curryChicken satayChive dumplingsWingsShrimp sa ba thongSpicy eggplantDuck saladMandi stick rice dessert“
“From the moment you step into Ginger and Lemongrass, a Vietnamese culinary haven in Whitestone, you're enveloped by the aromas of authentic, rich flavors that promise a delightful dining experience. I have frequented this restaurant multiple times, and each visit solidifies my love for their exquisite cuisine. The star of the menu is undoubtedly the pho. The soup base is deep, rich, and layered with flavors that make other versions seem bland in comparison. It's a comforting bowl that brings the essence of Vietnam right to your table. Equally impressive are the savory cakes, which are a unique delight with a subtle hint of coconut that tickles the palate in the most pleasant way. While I enjoy dishes with a stronger heat, the coconut spicy lemongrass soup was a well-balanced medium spicy, suitable for most taste buds. However, the real surprise was the steamed seafood paired with garlic bread – a combination that enhanced the flavors and added a satisfying texture contrast to the meal.Despite the restaurant's bustling atmosphere, especially noted during our last visit at 6:30 PM, the service remained commendable. Although there were minor hiccups, like two items missing from our order, the staff's efforts to rectify the situation were noteworthy. They promptly addressed the oversight with the kids' pho and graciously compensated with a complimentary coconut pandan lemonade, which was a refreshing end to our meal.Ginger and Lemongrass truly stands out not just for its authentic and flavorful dishes, but also for its dedication to customer satisfaction. The packed house is a testament to its popularity and the quality of its offerings. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience in Whitestone. Their commitment to flavor, service, and a genuine dining experience is evident in every dish and interaction.“
“I had the Duck Pad See Ew now these noodles remind me of drunken noodle so if you like that then you will love this dish! The duck was succulent and crispy on the outside cooked to perfection wow! The food was tasty but not salty and greasy like other Thai places I have tried recently. The chef is top notch and knows what she is doing for real just the right balance of flavor and taste in every single bite. Next up I had the appetizer the main event the "Zaab" Spicy Chicken Wings. I've never had chicken wings with this particular flavor or seasoning before so this was new territory for me. No need to worry though as you're in good hands like All State with this chef she is no joke and has clearly put in her 10,000 hours and then some respectfully. It was a dry rub fried chicken wing with spicy chili flakes or chili powder rubbed underneath and/or on top of the wing itself which was fried and coated to perfection I was impressed thoroughly to say the least. This was the sleeper and highlight our orders. We also ordered last but not least the chicken pad Thai which was flavorful and the ingredients were super fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place can't say it enough five stars is a minimum! By the way and oh yes please try the Thai Iced Tea and Coconut Water for good measure to wash down your meal. Run don't walk to try out this new gem in the neighborhood and tell them Blanco sent you lol! Tell a friend to tell a friend it's them again yummy!“
“Truly an excellent dining experience with a beautifully curated menu and all of the delicacies you’d expect. They make the steamed egg right in front of you and it tastes AMAZING!!! The speakeasy aspect makes it perfect for a quiet, elevated meal in a cozy setting/atmosphere. Non-pretentious, quality dining.“
“A metric that I use to determine how good a restaurant is, is how good is each dish on the menu. Some restaurants are known for certain dishes while everything else is ok. This is not the case with Basil Leaf Grill. Everything that I have tried is a home run. The service is swift and accommodating when you dine in as well as the pickup service. If you order for pick up, the order will be ready in about 10 minutes. The restaurant is comfortable with mainly high partitioned booths. Lastly, the drunken noodles with beef is the best.“
“The hospitality, the attention to detail and ability to order for personal taste was extraordinary. The food was better than I anticipated .The duck was crispy , NOT SALTY and the sauce on the side was fabulous .Definitely a repeat destination for me .Come enjoy authentic flavorful clean tasting food. You will want to return like I do .“
“This place is inside the Tangram Food court in Flushing. Hey have seatings inside their booth. It's the only authentic Thai place in flushing. Unfortunately all the other ones have left. The food was very authentic and spicy. We came here for dinner. Portions were good and we didn't finish all our food.Service was very good. They were always on point, filled our water whenever we needed it and checked on us without distracting us from our food.We sat inside their little seating area and it was nice and cozy.Definitely recommend trying this place. Authentic food, good prices and overall really nice experience.Recommend to try these:Crab fried rice - nice flavor, good amount of crab and decent portion.laab - a little bit spicy, but not too spicy... as it should be.seafood tom yum hotpot. Spicy and nice tom yum flavor“
“After my old beef cube place shuttered almost 2 years ago my son and I have been left with a void as we live in the city and come Into Queens specifically for this however I was recommended Pho-Tan last week from a friend and now life is once again good!“
“Amazing food all around. Had the sweet corn soup and samosa chaat as starters, and they were both really good. The samosa chaat had the right spice level!Veg Hakka noodles is the main I got while my partner got Singapore noodles with shrimp. The Hakka noodles were perfection in texture, not oily, not soggy, just right and very generous portions too. Needed a little bit of salt but that's easily fixed and I'd rather have less salt in a dish than too much!Partner said the shrimp was cooked beautifully in their noodles and was very flavourful.Had the ras Malai for dessert and it was really good too. As previous reviews have mentioned, Tanveer was an excellent server and was very sweet and helpful. The restaurant is very clean, has really good table settings and overall the atmosphere is cosy for a dine in. Highly recommend them for their food + all around service.“
“Nothing fancy, but fantastic. A gem of a restaurant tucked into a sleepy town… but you can travel and try Thai spots all over the country and this one holds a special spot in my heart. I don’t like that the lunch specials are smaller now, but the food is delicious , service friendly and atmosphere when eating there is very authentic and solid. Strongly encourage others to try and support this great business!“
“My wife and I first went to the restaurant nearly 20 years ago. We moved 16 years ago and visit every few years and it is always amazing.Parking: Its Queens in a busy nice neighborhood so the day and time will definitely affect your parking. Side blocks offer free parking.“
“Suprisingly excellent. Was in the neighborhood for a grand opening Mexican place but the line was a block long and was in blustery/ drizzly 26 degree miserable queue, decided to try this Thai place diagonally across. Well, we were very pleasantly surprised. The decor was beautiful and we were greeted warmly. We tried the drunken noodles, pad thai and all were delicious with the perfect amount of heat. Ive had alot of Thai noodles and these were a couple of stars beyond. Frank the owner was so friendly. Apparently his wife is the chef. I def wanna come back to try the other more adventurous dishes. Ordered noodles because they were safe and we came in on a whim.“
“I highly recommend this restaurant for those who are looking for a cozy atmosphere with amazing food. It has become my favorite restaurant to stop by ever since I tried their delicious food.It is very close to the beach and there is always parking space available near by. The waitress is very sweet, excellent customer service!“
“This is the best place to get Thai food in Queens! If you ever come here most definitely give the drunken noodles a try. The mild and spicy kick gives you a good flavor and full taste, perfect. I would also recommend getting the pineapple fried rice, the best I've ever tasted in a long time. Also, the Thai iced tea is sweet and cold. Service is the best and the employees are welcoming and nice. I will most definitely be back for other options.“
“Ordered take out dinner combo with three rolls + miso soup and salad, and tried their pad see ew and curry puff. Everything was delicious and I appreciate the rice to fish ratio. Free delivery over $15. You can easily order online thru their website. Would def recommend Futigi, this is my new go to sushi spot!“
“Mr. Chan’s is my favorite in the area. Perfect for lunch. I worked in the area and this was my go to spot. Lunch specials around 10 bucks. They are very fast and the food is always tasty. They do delivery as well. Their pork fried rice with chicken wings is my favorite.“
“Our family has been coming to Bangkok Cuisine for many years already! My son used to come here with his then girlfriend - now they have 2 kids … their toddler loves the food here as well!!! It’s a family restaurant !!!! And food is delicious!!! Been to so many Thai Food restaurants but Bangkok cuisine in Forest Hills is one of the best if not the BEST! Great food … good portions … affordable prices … and great lunch specials!!! We love Ms Oh!!!!Vegetarian options: I’m a vegetarian - so there’s plenty to choose from the menu and they’re all delicious!!!Dietary restrictions: My son has food allergies but Bangkok cuisine does not give him the allergies … I’m a vegetarian and I always find something in their menu to satisfy my cravings and dietary reatrictions.Kid-friendliness: There’s always available food for children to eat …. My grandson loves the fried rice and calamari as well as the spring roll!!! And the staff especially and Ms Oh and the manager are always on hand to see to it that the kids get what they need! So friendly staff!!!“
“Food is great! My reasoning for 4/5 stars is because this is the the second time I ordered and received dirty shrimp. Needs to be cleaned properly and would be 5/5. As you can see in the picture this is why you always check your shrimp guys!“
“Lived in the area and passed by on many occasions seemed like a random mixed cuisine place that couldn't figure out that it wanted to be. Wanted ramen and Thai food and not happy with takeout in merrick/ east meadow / bellmore area so dropped in. What a pleasant surprise. Ramen was on point tasty and well prepared. Drunken noodles delicious and flavorful. Stand out was pineapple fried rice. Yum yum yum. All around a good addition to rotation“
“The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from. The cozy decor, though tables are closely spaced, adds to the charm. The gong ringing for birthday celebrations is a delightful touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.“
“Order the takeout, drunken noodles and sweet ice tea. They wrapped up the food and drink very well. Even put tape over the straw opening. Inside restaurant area was so cute and clean, will be dining in the next time I visit. Loved everything.“
“I have to tell you I have been trying all the local Chinese restaurants since Covid and nothing has been even edible. It’s been pointing and every time I try another so I won’t mention the names but I will say every other from Hewlett Woodmere no not even say to her in with Lawrrnce everything you can think of not even edible.Yesterday I finally found the most wonderful wonderful Chinese food and not only that they were able to speak to me on the phone and fill all my request . Could not have been easier and surprisingly oh that was the distance was further away then most the delivery time was almost half of the others. Forget everything you remember when you’re looking for Chinese delivery you must call D&Y kitchen . Trust me you won’t regret it❤️Enjoy your meal!!!!!“
“I had an orange chicken it was sooo tasty and I like how balanced was the sauce. Perfect mix between sweet and some spicy from the chili. The chicken texture was perfect crunchy at the beginning but the chicken was tender and juicy. The rice was perfect cooked as “
“We enjoyed the food and service here. Everything was delicious. Large portions, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The menu is via a QR code on the table. I prefer a regular printed menu, but that’s minor. The waitstaff was helpful. The atmosphere and service was nice. Would definitely recommend it and we would go back for sure. Nice spot for couples and small groups.Vegetarian options: There are various options for those that don’t want meat, and the vegetables and noodles were fresh, tasty, and plentiful.“
“I used to dine in and do take outs at Hado for many years as it was across from where i lived. Everytime it was better than last time. Then we moved but recently got food delivery from them. Nothing changed a bit. Amazing Thai food. My personal favourite is the Thai Red Curry. I am glad they can deliver through Grubhub yayy?“
“Let me start off by saying I never in my life have never left a review to a Chines Cuisine Restaurant ever because it never came to my attention! But This was my first time ever along with my child & Husband trying out this Restaurant & it was just excellent, amazing, perfect! The fact I had ordered on Uber eats and uber eats canceled my order due to the driver taking long & restaurant closing up, but as soon as my order was cancelled on the app, this restaurant actually did not hesitate to contact me directly, to tell me that they will deliver the food to me & did ask where was I located, which I mentioned “Far Rockaway” & which this excellent restaurant was still nice & Great about delivering my orders, I did mention that I was very understandable & I would pay for the toll for them to come over & go back which was just 4$ total & then tip them very well in my part which they actually deserved! I can say that this Long Beach Chines restaurant is on top of the line! Please don’t miss out at all! I never had ever tasted A excellent Special House fried rice like theirs, along with there Chicken wings, Jumbo Shrimps, shrimps Broccoli & White rice, & French Fries, & Egg Roll, that tasted amazing & was NOT GREECY at all! I will continue to order from here from now on because of there excellence Food, Taste, Portions are beyond excellent as well I didn’t expect for each order to be filled up all like they serve theirs which is how each order should always be every where else! & Customer Service & Prices was beyond Excellent as well! Thank you So much I really appreciate it all, I am very satisfied! I recommend it 100% to everyone that wants to enjoy a great Chines Food Meal!“
“People got to realize, deliveries take longer when they're busy, nothing unusual about that. I order from here almost every week, at least from a vegetarian standpoint the food is excellent. Vegetables well cooked, the Thai curry and Thai tofu are great. The best surprise for me were the vegetable wontons, they taste like chinese/italian ravioli. They were some of the best dumplings I've had in Queens. Working overtime isn't so bad anymore with food this good.“
“really good, clean food! good portions, fast delivery. I order lunch from Casa Asia regularly, but have not yet experienced their restaurant location. I only have had one mishap--I have a severe fish allergy, and ordered a shrimp teriyaki bento box that comes with a California roll. They will usually substitute a Shrimp Tempura roll for the fish-based CA Roll. This last order I received was delicious except for the roll contained imitation crab (which is made with pollock--FISH!). One bite and I knew something was awfully wrong. Don't know if someone was asleep at the wheel or if they just didn't care(?!).Despite the mishap, I will continue ordering from them, It's just SOOO GOOD! But will be especially vigilant when it comes to the to roll portion of my order(s)!“
“This is a great restaurant in queens. We love the food and the attentive staff. The sushi is delicious as the drinks. Parking is easy and they have a great all you can eat buffet made to order. The staff again is very sweet and make the experience better. A must try if you're in Kew Gardens hills.“
“Had a great time, small restaurant, very intimate. Food was good, loved it. Service was great, waitress was attentive, polite, helpful, and very professional. Great atmosphere, I truly recommend this establishment.Parking: Parking is limited, no free parking available.“
