“From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, this restaurant was amazing. Monroe’s offers a cozy feel, with amazing staff and welcoming smiles. We started out with drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us to delicious appetizer choices. I had the eggplant rollatini special and my dad had the clams orreganata. I order items with vodka sauce quite frequently and this was the best I have ever had. It was smooth and creamy with amazing flavor! The homemade focaccias bread was delicious and airy, the perfect piece of bread to soak up the remainder of the sauces from our appetizers (because it was too good to leave a single drop). For dinner I ordered the skirt steak, medium rare. The marinade was sensational, and the skirt steak cut like butter! It was cooked to perfection. Even the vegetables and potatoes it came with were delicious. My dad ordered the penne Ala vodka and added chicken cutlet to the dish. He couldn’t stop raving about it. We were so full after our appetizers and main entrees, but the dessert menu was too tempting. We shared a slice of the raspberry cheesecake and oh my goodness, if you like cheesecake, order this! They make it in house and it was the perfect sweet treat to end our dining experience. I paired it with a cappuccino. Monroe’s doesn’t disappoint, even to the last detail. My cappuccino had a cute cinnamon heart on top. Overall, Monroe’s was truly a delightful and pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all of our friends and family!“
“Went here with my wife and friends. Everything we ate was delicious, I would recommend the steak sandwich, one of the best I have eaten, it was perfectly cooked medium rare with a garlic toasted roll and mushrooms, Fries were nice and crispy.
Service was very attentive, water glass was never empty for long, even chef came out to check on us which is a nice touch.
People should definitely try this place!!“

“We went for the second time, the first time was so much better!! This time it was not good. My wife had the fish tacos. Not only did they not look nice but the taste was bad. I had the crunchy mahi mahi. It looked like raw tuna. It was not good as well. The only thing we liked was the desserts. We will not go back any time soon.“

“Excellent food as there were many options to choose between that it was hard for each of us to decide. Served quickly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable as well. The restaurant was very busy but that did not stop it from providing prompt service.“

“Yes, there are gluten free items here that are marked on the menu HOWEVER I thankfully had a waitress that basically said that their is airborne flour everywhere and that cross contamination is almost guaranteed for anything baked in the oven with the pizza (for example their baked GF chicken Parm dish). I was so appreciative how clear she was, saying that the gluten free pasta is boiled separately though they still can't guarantee it is celiac-safe. I risked it and got a pasta dish and fortunately didn't get sick. I hope they can find a way to make truly Celiac safe gluten free foods because their GF pasta was phenomenal!“
