“As a customer at Gyros & Wings Paradise, I have to say, it’s become my new favorite spot! The moment I walked in, the delicious smells hit me, and I couldn’t wait to dig in. “I can't even begin to gush about how amazing this place is! 2 lamb gyros and a drink for $24?! And they're PACKED out, so much meat, the toppings are just lovely. The staff is always super friendly, they're fast, everything is done right in front of you. The restaurant is spotless and lit up so welcoming and friendly, we've gotten to go both times we've eaten here but I would love to sit down and eat in the restaurant as well! “I order almost every week from here. Food is excellent and their spicy chicken sandwich is delicious.

I like that they have now changed to thicker French Fries. Huge difference than the thinner fries.

Only item I found and maybe it was just tonight was the serving of the chicken breast was a little skimpy compared to the other times I have ordered.“

Overall I recommend this place for kids and adults. The spice levels canbe altered by asking for little hot sauce and more white sauce. “The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.“

“Great new Halal place in the neighborhood that sells delicious Halal over Rice or pita as well as Tikkas, Koftas and Falafel. These are large portions as well. In addition they have wings, burgers, wraps, milkshakes, ice cream, and kulfi.

The inside is very clean and they have a good amount of seating.

I recently got the Chicken Kofta over Rice and Salad and a bit of pita. Really delicious and a large portion. I saw a couple of people there who were eating the Halal Chicken over rice, and the Falafel over Rice. It seemed like a large portion. The cooks and the grill is behind a glass window near the entrance, where you can see them making it, as well as the toppings and sauces you want to add to your meal.

I think this is my new go to Halal spot in the neighborhood.“

“Just went tonight and grabbed 2 chicken platters to go with my fiancé. The employees were wonderful. Beyond kind and personable. The food I don’t have words for. I didn’t take a photo due to being over excited but the portions are more than fair for what you pay. The hot sauce is VERY hot for me personally but I like it. The salata that comes with the entree is so fresh and tasty. The chicken is perfectly cooked - tender and seasoned deliciously. Even the rice is a masterpiece. We also highly recommend the pakora chips! They’re crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the outside, seasoned, and made fresh to order. We were even told by the staff that we were welcome to sit and make ourselves comfortable while we waited for the chips since they are made to order but our food was done so fast we barely had a chance to! We’re not done eating but we’ve already agreed this will be our Saturday night go to. For 2 people getting 2 platters and a side of pakora chips it was just $30. You’d spend more per person getting dinner from any other restaurant around.“

“Came in once last week and once yesterday, a bit later during the night. Since it was this late on a Sunday I didn’t expect the food to taste that fresh. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. Restaurant is super clean, seating is ample and comfortable and the customer service is consistently top notch and impeccable. We have been here multiple times and cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. The chicken quesadillas are freshly made right in front of you and are always super fresh and delicious. The burritos and Philly Steak and Cheese also fresh and delicious. The chicken and rice bowls also equally fresh and delicious. If you have not yet tried Halal Mix, I recommend you try it as soon as possible. Super highly recommended!“
