“I had a great time on Friday night at our friend's birthday celebration at Marbella. The staff is wonderful, so friendly ! Marcello was very attentive and made sure we had a great time AND we always had a drink. A++ The room is very spacious and festive. The cocktail hour was great! Had a lot of my favorite bites, like seafood croquettes and tortilla espanola! Dinner was lovely, buffet with items such as pork loin, arroz con pollo and stuffed filet of sole which I really enjoyed. (if u know me, you know i dont eat fish, my hubby couldnt believe i ate this piece of sole! so good!) Lastly...Sangria, my drink of choice always...was a constant on the table and I couldnt be happier! I will definately be visiting the restaurant very soon!“
“Owned by the same owner as Wild Goose, the food is equally as good. Wild Goose has a vibe that is all about a cocktail scene, while Heirloom tavern is about being able to enjoy a wonderful meal and hear your friends conversation. A real gem that more people should know about!“
“All 6 handrolls in the set menu (salmon, yellowtail, crab, spicy tuna, scallop and lobster) were so fresh and a fabulous combination of beautifully prepared fish and warm rice! The perfectly poached egg in the creamy mentai udon is the best mentai udon I have had- much lighter but more flavorful than what you would find in Japan Village. This restaurant belongs on St. Marks Place in the city! May is so sweet… definitely excited to bring friends and family back the next time around!“
“I went to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends and we all couldn't be happier with the food that we order but specially the personalized service. We felt so welcomed and appreciated that even before we were done, we were planning to go back. 1000/10!!!!“
“This is our second time of many at Sangarita's. The calamari, paella mariscos, pulpo (octopus), tuna tar tar, Cubano sandwich tapas , drinks are amazing. You want a mix of lychee martinis and tapas, this is your place! I am a foodie and been all over New York and more and this place has fresh seafood and great entrees. The flan and churros are a must. Juan and his team are great and we will be back for my cousin's birthday! Check Sangarita's out at Bell Blvd“
“This spot is a real gem for a chill night out. Not everything blew my mind, especially the ramen was kinda alright, not outta this world, but still solid. Service took a hot minute, which was a bit weird because the place wasn't packed, but the folks working there were cool, so no big deal.“
“Lost At Sea is a cozy restaurant with a charming vibe, making it a good destination for a date. Seated at the bar, we embarked on a culinary journey that exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, warranting a solid five-star rating. The chef's bold approach to cooking resulted in dishes bursting with flavors that left a lasting impression on our palates. The outstanding whitefish dip was noteworthy, a true gem that elevated our dining experience to new heights. However, we hit a snag with the clarified Old Fashioned. Despite its intriguing concept, this cocktail fell short of expectations. Devoid of its quintessential bourbon essence and overwhelmed by excessive sweetness, it failed to capture the timeless allure of an Old Fashioned. The bartender attributed the sweetness to an "illusion in my brain," which perplexed me. It was a disappointing choice that left me nursing a hangover the next day.Despite this minor setback, the staff remained attentive and courteous throughout our visit, contributing to the overall warmth of the experience. GO!“
“Celebrated son's Birthday...was looking for a special experience. French Onion Soup, Clams Casino, Filet Mignon, and Stuffed Pork Chop plus two scrumptious unique deserts hit the mark. I recommend Chadwick's if you are looking for what was only available in Manhattan. Delicious food, and professional staff who knows how to make the customer feel appreciated.“
“First time there and loved every bit of it.Loved the decor and live music. Our server ( sorry forgot his name ) was incredible. He brought over a tray of champagne for my wife’s birthday and knew I was Alcohol free one glass was Ginger Ale. Very nice touch for me . Food was great and very accommodating. No doubt I’ll be back!Dietary restrictions: Alcohol free options“
“First time at Plancha. What a gem! I had a lemondrop to start. A perfectly balanced drink. We ordered grilled shrimp. Had a panini that was a house special with mortadella. Yum. The octopus was tender served over butter beans. Brussel sprout salad was very nice. Pan con Jamon, so good. Dessert bread pudding and lemon chess pie was a wonderful way to end the meal. The staff is very nice and talented. Check out the menu before you go, as they have so much to offer. It is a great casual place with fantastic food in Long Island.“
“Off the Brook is the best place on earth. It is my Regal Beagle The food is way to good for a neighborhood watering hole The menu is well conceived and absurdly good The staff is warm, friendly, and happy to see you. If you go to OTB and you don't like it, there's something wrong with you.“
“Great place to eat quick lunch in Port Washington. I’ve been here for over four times and tried different ramen and appetizers over the years. Service is friendly and efficient. Ramen is ok, takoyaki is very good! Lunch special is amazing value. It comes with appetizer, main dish with drink.Last time they offered us hot tea in a pot and that was special.“
“I would given it a 5 star if my son and I didn't felt rushed to order and leave. We were excited to eat here because it's our 1st time but our server was kinda rushing us to order and leave. I'm sure she didn't mean it that way. As soon we sat down and gave us the menu, she asked what we wanted for appetizers, I had to tell her to give us a few minutes to decide because we didn't even get to open the menu yet. My son asked for a container to bring home his left over. Server came with the container and the bill not even asking if we wanted anything else. My son had to ask for the dessert menu even after handing us the bill. Overall, everything was good except for the rushed experience.“
“Small section of Japanese market in rear. Great for quick Ramen fix! Very limited menu. Delivery in rear disturbs dining as cartons coming in take up space on tables. Very nice staff...used to frequent their restaurant in Little Neck which was more pleasant to dine in and had a larger menu including sushi.“
“Solid spot. They stay open very late. My group ordered a bunch of stuff and shared it. Nachos were great (bulgogi is the star), tteokbokki was spicy and delicious. Service was good, our waitress was helpful and accommodating. I'll be back again soon.“
“Absolutely delicious food, drinks and dessert! I had no clue this was only a mile away from me, but now that I know, I can’t wait to go back. Our waitress told us the chef changes the menu often, so I’m eager to see what other incredible things he cooks up!Only negative is the lack of parking, but we parked on the side street!“
“A lot of my friends recommended this restaurant so I decided to celebrate my mom’s birthday in Sangria 71. I was impressed with the food and interior design. Everything was beyond my expectations. Will definitely come again. If I could have put 10 stars, I would have done this.“
“My family’s favorite Japanese restaurant in Long Island! We’ve been coming here to dine over 15+ years. Authentic Japanese food and great quality sushi. They bring out edamame to start.Sushi A is my go-to dish and every time it’s consistently good. Our favorite is white fish teriyaki. Texture of fish and sauce is to die for. Tempura udon is just perfect from broth to udon to tempura.Fluke ponzu roll is so fresh. It comes with sauce on the side. Many sushi combo and entrees come with miso soup or salad and they are so delicious. We finish our meal with green tea ice cream. It’s perfect for weekday quick dinner or fun weekend dinner with friends and family.Highly recommend Yamagucci restaurant.“
“What a wonderful experience!! The vibe is just as what people have said. Feels like home with great attention in service from the staff. The foid felt like it was cooked from the heart. You can literally see the care they take in cooking the meals. We also appreciated when the owner stopped by our table on his way out and asked if we needed any explanation of menu . He obviously wasn't working today but thought enough to stop to talk to us..This tells you the level of service you get. And you have to take a stroll around place. Not a big place but they have eating areas in the coolest nooks and cranies of the place. Highly recommend!!!“
