“The food was very good. The house Italian dressing was delicious. Utica greens very very good. Sausage and meatballs and sauce all exceptional and portions were over the top. Beyond all of that, I can't say enough about the service. We were there on a Saturday night, and were seated immediately. Server was amazing, super friendly, helpful with menu options and food was delivered fast. She even bagged our leftovers for us. Will definitely be back.“

“We chose this restaurant to celebrate after our courthouse wedding, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt special welcoming, and just the right place to soak in such an important day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated without being over the top. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely happy for us, which made the experience even more meaningful. The food was incredible as always. It felt like the perfect way to mark the start of our new chapter together. This will always be a special place for us. We come here for trivia and have built great relationships with the staff. We’re so grateful we chose to celebrate here and will definitely be back for anniversaries to come. “Cicero Wegmans I love you I really do but a member of your produce department really isn’t representing your brand well. On 2/4/23 I accidentally dropped one bunch of cilantro on the floor. It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker. Our conversation went like this…. Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor. Her: Yea? Me: What would you like me to do with it? Her: You can put it back on the shelf. Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor. Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce. She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻♀️ After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!“

“So they did mess up my order and deliver the totally wrong pizzas, which my kids weren't super happy about. But they did get new pizzas out here pretty quickly and gave us a refund. They were also super nice on the phone when I talked with them. We've ordered from here a lot and its always consistently good so just want to give them some kudos.“
