“I was craving collard greens - and looking for a new place to try. I found Village BBQ on line and was impressed with the reviews so off I went. Randy the owner is not only the nicest guy but a fantastic chef! He and his wife run the business. I had his brisket (at his insistence!) Delicious! Sweet potatoes and collard greens. Customer next to me raved about the banana pudfing so I added that too. All 5 star!!! Very happy I took the chance on a place in a gas station!!“

“Taste Of Seafood may be a small restaurant, but the flavor and service are top tier. The seafood was fresh, seasoned perfectly, and cooked just right. The atmosphere was welcoming and felt like a hidden gem in the community.
Sanaa, the hostess, made the experience even better with her great attitude, professionalism, and warm hospitality from the moment we walked in. She made sure everything was smooth and made us feel right at home.
If you’re looking for delicious seafood and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Taste Of Seafood. Make sure to ask for Sanaa and leave her a review too — she definitely deserves the recognition!“

“This was my first soul food experience, and I wouldn’t want it ANY other way! Crystal and her sons were lovely!! Spoke to us a while as we waited for our meal. Packed our dishes up high! Fish and meat were extremely tender and well seasoned, sides were all excellent (we got to try a little bit of everything) and the banana pudding had me looking at apartments in their area. Literally plotting for the next time we can get out to Westbury to have this food.“
