“We arrived 10 minutes B4 10:00 opening and were asked to leave and come back. It was a gamble, given the neighborhood competition! We window-shopped pastries and bagels, but were determined to return for a more delectable & delicious meal. So worth the wait! The spicy Brussel Sprouts salad was creative, layered with flavor and just delicious! The Benedicts had poppin’ poached eggs and a delicate, lemony Hollandaise. Avocado toast was topped with goodies but kept forward the toasty crunch and creamy avocado base. A cheery cherry spritzer with rosemary sprig was beyond delicious- a must! We will be returning again and again to this gem of a spot. Highly recommend!“

If you do sneak in 😂 you will find friendly people serving OUTSTANDING food (small, careful menu) in a house that Jazz built.

Jazz folks this is the real deal. Everyone else should just come and enjoy the magic of live music.

Pro tip: come early for a seat for the 1st set or arrive late to get a seat by the 2nd set (most likely).

Vegetarian options: Small menu so check beforehand. My 2 vegetarians were fine.

Every dish was great. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste was evident. Pair that with their impressive drink selection--especially their sangria--and you have an evening to remember.

The service was top-notch as well. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made fantastic recommendations. They made us feel like we were the only table in the house, even though the place was buzzing.

“Unfortunately I was a little too late to try their food, but one look around the room, it seemed like everyone who had food was enjoying it. I hear the wings are on the spicier side so this is a fair warning. The soup was rich and flavorful, packed with seafood goodness.I highly recommend it if you love seafood.One of the highlights of New Zurang is their karaoke room, which is spacious and a lot of fun. Was in there neighbourhood with my mom for an event that was canceled, so we went for a drink at this place to kill time before our dinner reservation. Bartender was very warm and inviting and the house red and white wines were very enjoyable. We also got a pretzel that was super satisfying. The Zhu Cha was a nice experience but only really worth it for the tea and if you are staying for a long time, which is what it was intended for. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was $10 for a cup of no alcohol hot cider, but everything is foo expensive now.“

The reason I had to give them only five stars is just because they have me and my girlfriend water glasses of two very slightly different heights.
