“Most incredible Arabic food you can have in New York. So authentic, fresh , and delicious! The people were so welcoming and kind! They were so packed there was no where to sit but they made room for us ! Says a lot about their great food and hospitality! Deff a must try !“
“Dinner time for the kids! We tried a local gyro shop: Yummy Gyro. Ambience: a small takeout type place with limited seating. Food: we ordered the Gyro family pack which consisted of: Pork Donner: chunks of savory roasted pork. 4/5 Chicken Gyro - I wasn't a fan of this as it felt like eating a roasted slices of processed cold cuts instead of slices of chicken. 3/5 Lemon potatoes - lemony starch to complement the protein. 4/5“
“Okay... so I've been trying to find the best afghan food and it's been a struggle. I also don't have much to compare it to but at the same time I know what good food is and let me tell you.... THIS IS IT. It's cool because it's casual vibes. They give everything to you in a to go box so that's interesting, although they have seating for you. I got the beef bargh, chicken tikka and the lamb chops with my party. And omg the only thing they are missing are mantoos! But I am willing to drive from Astoria for this place so that says it all. It was SO SO good. I took my leftovers home and immediately devoured it and followed my meal with a food coma. Certainly want to gate keep this place but they deserve the recognition.“
“The food here is beyond valid, I'd go ahead and say it was exemplary. Yummy food, super friendly service, everything is perfect. I've eaten from here a couple times, the tacos are my favorite tbh, but so far I haven't had a single disappointijg item from the menu“
“My kids, who are young, don't even like falafel. They each inhaled three (one complimentary at the truck, and two from the kabab platter) and it really is the best falafel I've ever had. I'm sad we didn't get to try the beef kabab but they were basically sold out of almost everything, so we had the chicken and it was AMAZING. I've passed by this truck multiple times when I come into Queens to visit my parents and never tried it and now I don't think I can ever go home without buying some to take with me.“
“Lovely welcome by hostess and owner and waitesss which set the tone for our brunch today Had the Rothschild breakfast which was delicious especially with my double order of labne! My husband had the Ahi Tuna burger which was also very tasty Will definitely be back!“
“Tried this restaurant because it was close to the hotel we were staying at. Had the dumplings for an appetizer with the complementary bread and sauces. All were incredible, full of flavor. The lamb kabob was also delicious. The chicken kabob would've been better if it came with a sauce, but the flavor was still nice. Services was fast and friendly. Would dine here again.“
“This establishment is truly wonderful; the food was not only delicious but also served promptly. The young lady at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was incredibly courteous throughout our visit. Moreover, the owner took the time to personally connect with us, ensuring that everything met our expectations. Our experience was nothing short of awesome. Every aspect of our visit, from the delicious food to the attentive service, made for a memorable time. Will visit again and recommend it to others as well.“
“Typically I use the Uber eats specials buy one get one free because the food is amazing. Combo with rice and salad how you want it and so fresh. They are very generous with their sauces. Staff is always helpful, friendly and polite. I've had their cheesesteak sandwich which is delicious as well. The slices of cake are super delicious.“
“Super good food. Highly recommend trying the jerk chicken over rice combo. It comes with pita bread and a drink. Price was on point, super affordable. The jerk chicken was fire! The price was perfectly cooked. Make sure to add their signature Dragon sauce. Highly recommend this spot.“
“10/10 halal food experience!! Phenomenal chicken over rice! Everything from the rice to salad and chicken to the white sauce was amazing. As a Native New Yorker, I'm a stickler for Halal food and this was quality. Sitting right in the border between Queens and LI, worth the stop.Pro tip:Save your leftovers for the morning, heat in the oven and throw an over easy egg on top and you have a wonderful breakfast!“
“I've been really wanting to check out this place, and it did not disappoint. I opted for the Chicken Kebab, which included grilled chicken chunks and seasoned chicken breast on skewers, served with rice and a side salad with a tasty dressing. The service was excellent too. I'd totally suggest giving this place a try.“
“Best israeli restaurant in NYC, this place is a hidden gem.My wife and I love hummus, and it was as good as the one we had in Israel. Also, the owners are very kind, they actually watched over my kid while I took the other one the bathroom ?Go!!!“
“Venue was perfect for my bridal shower. My family has been going here for meals for years and the food is fantastic. My mom called and Ayhan was very accommodating and took care of everything. We were in the back room so it was private and very roomy. Food was delicious as expected (and abundant) and cost very reasonable. It was absolutely perfect for the shower and just beautiful.“
“Just tried this place out tonight. Ordered a mix shawarma, a chicken shawarma and falafel. I didn't expect much from this place, since it was dead and was 1 lady working in the whole place. I was so surprised, the food was so fresh and the shawarma was burrito size. The taste was really good, I only wish I ask for some hot sauce on the side. The falafel was very crispy. Falafel to me are usually dry as he'll, but they give you a super thick white sauce (like cream cheese consistency). Which made the falafel tasted very moist. I didn't take any pics of the food, because I wasn't expecting much. Going back tomorrow to try the chicken biryani, since they only sell that on sat & sun.“
