“The lamb over rice is the best! And the chicken over rice is a close second! I usually get white+BBQ sauce over lamb or chicken. Very generous with the amount of sauce & salad is good but I usually opt out on it. It's only $5!! Only cash is accepted tho but it's literally in front of a bank so ?. Closes at 3 am, open pretty late so that's always convenient. He's a very hard worker and extremely nice+sweet! Definitely best halal in tbe neighborhood/area. “Final full day in New York City and I needed a taco fix. Found lostacosno1 nearby where the food is fresh, prepared quickly and staff are extremely friendly. If you speak Spanish, even better.
Although there is often a queue, today only around a half dozen people were in front of me.
Once I placed my order, I waited in a line where your food is made fresh in front of you. You’ll be asked if you want flour or corn tortilla, and then you’ll be asked if you want the free toppings: onion, cilantro, guac, salsa.
I ordered a corn taco and a corn quesadilla “with the lot”.
I also bought a #horchata which was soooo tasty. Can’t put my finger on what the ingredients were but don’t care. Soooo good.
There is only standup benches to eat at or you can takeaway. There is a bench with serviettes, cutlery and extra toppings.
Great concept and happy to know they are spread across the country.
Would dine here any day of the week.

“These are the best tacos I have ever had. The hype is real!!
There is a long line but in less than 15 minutes you will be eating. Trust me, it is worth it.
I you are unsure about what to order, I would recommend trying the steak tacos and the adobada tacos with every topping. Those were my favorite by far. I will definitely come back and order those again.“

“Fresh ingredients, 2 jumbo shrimps per taco, I rather this then those tiny frozen shrimps with no texture. Burris did not come with a dipping sauce, but they were juicy enough.
I like how they grilled the tortillas as well so they are hot and a bit crispy at the same time.
Wish they would have fish tacos too.

Also they let you bring beer from the deli store to pair with tacos, that’s a big plus for me too.“

The way the burritos and bowls are made, is just so good. They don’t skimp out on anything. It’ll be full to the absolute brim.
