“First time going, I was invited to a birthday gathering. I’m a Puerto Rican woman, The people were great. The DJ was incredible. The Crowd, I love because it was the older crowd.(with younger Group too) I’m a 69 year old woman (don’t look it) loved how everyone was dressed, the restaurant Was very pleasant , the host walked around greeting and talking and asking “Is everything OK?”. MY COMPLAINT IS !!!!
They should have a special on the drinks. I thought it was very very expensive. I did not drink at all because I refuse to pay what they were asking for. The Manager ! should have a special for the ladies between (8pm n 9:30) free or 1/2 The Price !“

“The absolute best. A warm hug! Great hospitality day in day out. Accommodating front of the house. Excellent servers. Bartenders are pros. The best managers. One of my favorite places to sit in New York period (and I’ve eaten up and down and around these parts). Fun too! Awesome spot for raw bar (oysters, jumbo shrimp), chips and dip, and the new flatbread. Prime rib night is a winner and the burger goes down as tops. Love you Margie’s - don’t ever change ♥️“

“The local TGIFridays I had been going to for 10+ years closed down. I decided to travel abit further out to go to Friday’s “one last time.” But my server Fabia changed my mind. She was friendly and funny. Told me about recent updates to the menu and the food was as good as always. My experience made me realize that traveling a bit further wont be so bad after all.“

“First time coming here to try the hub it was amazing. The experience for me was top 10. The people at service are very respectful polite and the customer service was top tier. I appreciate them. And the food was banging on top of that loaded fries was amazing. The burgers had a bunch of flavour. The only thing that I’m upset about is that they’re not on Uber Eats And that they don’t have other locations, no restaurant, but hopefully Inshallah they expand great food great service And would love to come here again on many occasions in the future“

“Wow! I must have sounded like a broken record last night, as I repeatedly said wow and for all the right reasons. From start to finish, this place was top notch! I had the pork chop and the first bite was all I needed to know I’d be back. It was outrageously good. Great food is one thing but the vibe, atmosphere and outstanding service is what makes this place worthy of a visit! I highly recommend this place for all of the above reasons but also bc the owner is a really great stand up guy who made it a point to touch tables and pours amazing cocktails!! I will be back!!!“

“I experienced Nettie’s for the first time last evening. My dining experience was excellent from arrival to departure. The food was “DELISH!” The owner was welcoming & hospitable, the service was good, and the music and atmosphere wea awesome! I am so pleased and proud to have a “Black” owned establishment where you can dine in Queens in a tasteful environment, supporting our entrepreneurs and our community. “I have been a customer of Austin’s Ale House for many years, I know them well they know me well. This year I decided to give the excellent and highly favored family cooking team a break and had Austin’s Ale House cater our Christmas Dinner. I went with the ham dinner for 10 to feed 7 people🤣. The ordering was done with ease and so was the pick up. The family did a preliminary tasting...... LOVED .IT and whatever we have left after the “taste test” will have to serve as our Christmas Dinner. Since the taste test was so aggressive we may need to supplement what’s left with a few cheese omelets 🤣. We enjoyed it so much there was much talk about it becoming the new family tradition. “Wanted to try a new spot for brunch w/the Mrs and this restaurant DID NOT disappoint. It was 11:30AM and the professionalism and greeting still felt like it was an evening date vibe. Our waitress Ashley, was patient and knowledgeable. She guaranteed I would like the Honey Garlic wings and they were the highlight of the night. Not taking away from the regular and Baileys Chicken and Waffles fresh and delicious taste. Needless to say we will be repeat customers. Possibly become regulars.“

My wife had the shrimp tacos, I had the duck tacos and our friend had the cauliflower soup and the beef salad. We always enjoy our meals eating at the West End Cafe. We would not hesitate to recommend it for weekend nights. You necessarily need a reservation.“

“Always a pleasure coming to Rove! Tonite was an exceptional experience. I wish i got the bartenders name. Wednesday 4/24/24 between 7-9pm. Nice nails and curly hair. She was funny pleasant and took care of us. Long story short, after great apps and drinks, paid the bill and left…I dropped a $50 out of my pocket after I paid and left and was only 2 store fronts down and she came after me telling me you dropped a bill and gave it back. You don’t see this honestly often anymore. Kudos to her and Rove deserves her as an employee.“

“I'd like to give kudos to Nick and his staff at Veranda Restaurant & Cafe. We held my daughter's bridal shower brunch for 22 people there today under the pergola. The food was excellent, and the waitstaff led by Daniel was impeccable! I highly recommend this venue.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to cilantro, so they prepared guacamole specially for me without this ingredient.

The flatbread starters are distinctive--at least for a person with an allergy to gluten. The ambience is generally fine. I generally prefer very quiet restaurants. Indeed, I would prefer a room for only my party. However, I am able to hear other people in a party of four with little difficulty in the this restaurant.“

“My family wanted to try a new place for dinner this weekend and Jamesons was it. The atmosphere is warm and inviting so we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. Our waitress Sarah was great...super friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered the French Onion soup (excellent) and Pretzel Sticks (ok) as appetizers. The French Onion soup ($12) was very delicious but the pretzel sticks ($12) we probably wouldnt order again. There were 2 Pretzels to the order which my wife and I thought was a little pricey for what they were. My 7 year old ordered the chicken fingers and fries which were better than I had expected them to be. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips ($25) - super tasty, very fresh, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Reuben ($24) super yummy which was a special for the evening. My wife and I both agreed after sharing that both meals were excellent. Key Lime Pie and a cappuccino finshed us off both of which did not disappoint. Overall, food and presentation were top notch and the service was excellent ---Thanks again Sarah! My wife and I both felt it was a little pricey but we would definitely go back.“

“Lovely neighborhood cafe in a beautiful, secluded beach community. They have a convenient parking lot, and the atmosphere is serene. The food is great, and the portions are huge. The wait staff is hard working and do their best to accommodate you. It's a nice spot to bring older folks as there are no steps and seating is easy.“

“Just had an RVC fire department brunch here. Jackie Amato is amazing as the event coordinator, patient, kind and so wonderful to work with. We had the brunch buffet and omelet station. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff and servers were outstanding, helpful and so genuinely kind. They were so willing to help set up our centerpieces and couldn't do enough to make everything so special. Our bartender Victor was off the charts amazing. The room was beautiful and bright. My friends threw me a surprise birthday dinner in the upstairs room… the waitress Megan was PHENOMENAL!!! As a waitress myself I was blown away by her ! She was truly AMAZING !! She was so accommodating, kind and made the whole atmosphere of the night lively and fun!! She also was a great photographer capturing the whole night for me!! Always a great time at bungalow but Megan truly went above and beyond to make the night special ! Food was great too !“
