Everything is homemade and you can tell the chef is passionate!! All sauces served on the side so you can choose your own sauce adventure. I never thought I would be equally as excited about ketchup as I was the fries but here we are. It was so laid back and there was no pressure! This place has very knowledgeable staff. I can’t wait to go back and eat again.“

“Visited New Jersey for the weekend, and this was one of the top restaurant recommendations from locals. It absolutely lived up to the hype.

Everything we ordered was delicious, but one of my favorites—unfortunately I forgot to take a picture—was the mixed vegetables. They tasted incredibly fresh with a subtle balance of sweetness and tangy citrus. It was the perfect palate cleanser and made me want to keep eating more skewers 😆

This has become our go-to spot for barbecue and is absolutely worth the drive from NYC. There’s plenty of parking, a great pub-style atmosphere inside, and a spacious outdoor area where you can enjoy your meal the way BBQ is meant to be. The service was excellent, too.“

“I've been ordering takeout and delivery from here regularly since 2021, and their burgers never disappoint. Today I decided to switch things up and try the ribs, and I'm so glad I did!

The half rack comes with a generous piece of cornbread and a small side. I chose the mac & cheese. The ribs were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. They were so tender they literally fell off the bone 🤤. I ordered the sauce on the side, but honestly, I didn't even need it because the meat was flavorful on its own.

The mac & cheese was good too, and I'd definitely order it again. One thing I really appreciate is that they deliver to my area since I'm a bit far away.

“One of our church members had a wedding reception on Saturday and used Westchester picnic. What a great experience! They arrived on time and brought everything for the lunch. They even provide their own garbage bags and containers. In addition, they take away the garbage. But most of all, the food was delicious! The wedding service was a little late in getting started but they accommodated us by staying later. The servers and staff were amazing. Please don't hesitate to use their service. I highly recommend them.“

“Many people seem to enjoy this place, and there is a good variety of food and drinks. The food was generally quite good, except for the jjimdak (steamed chicken). It looked amazing in the menu photos, but it arrived undercooked and had to be cooked longer at our table, which took quite a while. The restaurant was very busy on a Friday night, with people waiting for tables. Because of that, it felt like there was some pressure to finish and leave rather than relax and stay for a long conversation. In that sense, it felt more like a traditional Korean restaurant than a bar where you can sit with friends and talk for hours. My first reaction was wow $100 for dinner, but I was blown away like always but even more the quality of your food especially the brisket sandwich and the coleslaw wow, the smell of the smoke meat the taste of the sweet spicy barbecue sauce and the beautiful coleslaw made me so happy. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. “By far my fave kbbq spot. The meats are high quality and the servers are always very friendly. Their marinated short ribs and house special spicy pork are my absolute faves. Love how the charcoal flavor gets into the meat. Their mool nengmyun (buckwheat noodles in a cold broth) compliments their bbq meats really well, and their broth is the real deal. The Korean-style beef tartare (over seasoned sushi rice) is phenomenal and my must-eat every time I go.“

Prices are so reasonable considering today's absurdity and the food is great. I had the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, both tasted great. My foodie fiance loved it as well and she's a tough crowd.

The food is consistently excellent, the interior is clean, and the staff is always friendly and professional.

“Terrible service from the cashier...the chicken is very good...but they should train staff...I am a person who works in the industry...I asked the lady to put...the chicken separately and the potatoes...and the rice, they have hot bags that...cost 7 cents each...if you use three...to give me my order...whole chicken with potatoes and rice...it costs 21 cents... .if you keep the aluminum that costs 50 cents...you don't have to charge me extra I'm just asking you to give them to me separately because I come on a scooter and it's not easy for me...to carry my food...on a tray big. But I can put it in my back pack. That's why I'm just not going to come back to this place. I asked for my food separately... not for you to give me extra dishes... they didn't give me ketchup for the meals. parents didn't give me utensils...they didn't give me napkins...terrible service...I'm not coming back...plus...they have a damn terrible attitude...right now I bought...May 6..... ...“
