“The Thai food and service was excellent! I got the green curry with tofu and the tofu texture was perfect, and medium spicy kicks your butt just enough. But you might sweat a little. Worth it. Cocktails are you, and the fried chicken bites are a great share. Papaya salad is really good too! Definitely plan to come back! Call if you prefer to make a reservation and secure a table.“

“The noodles are amazing, and every dish is customizable. I love the scallion ginger, but I've had other flavors too. I ALWAYS get the seitan, it is so good! I think they make the seitan in house, there's something unique about the texture.“

“Phenomenal. I can’t get over how sweet the lady who attended us was. This is the first restaurant I’ve been to where i felt as if the food was truly made with love. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and the price was very reasonable. My friend and I ordered the fried chicken, tteokbokki, and bulgogi kimbap. The portions were perfect, we finished ALL of it (and licked our fingers clean). Their plates are also so cute if I may add. I will definitely bring all of my friends here when they visit Teaneck.“

“We were recommended this place by my wife's cousin she said the stew peas were A class. She was right, according to my wife, it's the best she's had in a long while from a restaurant. I had the sweet and spicy wings that were seasoned and cooked very well. Food was not salty and was very fresh.
Ps we also had Patties, veg, and beef, and they were great, but I think they are golden crust patties, so that's to be expected.“

“My husband and I are checking off the top 10 East Harlem eateries. The Earls beer and cheese is ranked #5. Their drink and food met lol our high expectations. We had blackberry hard cider and BBQ brisket taco
The Back to Back - fried chicken breast in buffalo sauce with French fries. The services were very outstanding and food were delicious. The place were filled with professionals and rather quite. The back room was very cool👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼“

“My go-to takeout place for noodles after work. They are relatively quick and have consistent quality food - though the medium spice varies tremendously. Delicious noodles, wings, tea, and other street food they offer, can’t go wrong.
Very friendly and understanding staff, highly recommended eating in as well, though I personally only get takeout weekly.“

“Someone who’s from Texas and been here for work it’s really hard to find some true southern flare and this place answers the calling when it comes to that and glad that I’d gotten to make the trip over here to try it out. Also will most definitely will be back again.“

“Came on a Friday evening. The food and service were good. The DJ was spinning good R&B. The restaurant is small and a little unorganized when it comes to waiting for a table. I get that it's a neighborhood spot, and everyone knows each other, but if it's a restaurant, treat it like one. If it's a lounge, change it to a lounge and not a restaurant.“

“Friendly staff and delicious food. It’s a great place to sit for a bit and enjoy your meal (and there’s nyc wifi if you’re working!): there’s enough seating with tables for you to work, and the atmosphere is boosted by the throwback jams. If you do plan to sit for a bit note that the aircon makes it quite chilly“

“Very nice place, our waitress was super friendly with cute Irish accent. The menu does not have many Irish items but we could find two (Shepherd's pie and Irish breakfast) that tasted very good. We were there on Sunday late afternoon and we enjoyed lovely Irish live music. Very nice experience, would definitely come back if in area!“

“El Antojito in the Bronx is an absolute gem of a food truck that deserves every bit of praise and those 5 shiny stars! From the moment I approached the vibrant truck, I could sense I was in for a culinary treat. The menu is a delightful blend of authentic flavors and innovative twists that truly sets El Antojito apart. The first thing that caught my eye was the diverse range of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, there's something to satisfy every craving. The tacos are a revelation – each bite bursting with freshness and a symphony of well-balanced spices. The meats are tender, and the tortillas are perfectly grilled, providing that ideal crunch. The salsa options are a flavor explosion, offering a spectrum of heat levels to suit every palate. One standout feature of El Antojito is their commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients. It's evident that the chef takes pride in crafting each dish with care and attention to detail. The portions are generous, ensuring you get great value for your money. The service is friendly and efficient, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and is more than willing to make recommendations based on your preferences.Whether you're a local or just passing through the Bronx, El Antojito is a must-try. “I couldn’t believe how great the food was. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. In addition the atmosphere was wonderful and our server Andrew In Hackensack NJ was such a delight. He totally paid attention to my nut allergy and had the manager bring my meal out to ensure it was nut free. We are definitely going back! 😃“

“If you have a taste, for some great home cooking, make your way to Maggie's! A small family run joint, where the food is made with soul and love! The meatloaf, yams and greens, are crave worthy and the cabbage, mac n cheese and ribs will make you wish you bought more! I have eaten Soul Food, from way South to NYC, in homes and restaurants and Maggie's rates up there with some of the most delicious, I've had. As they say down South, "they put their feet in that food"!!!“

“I’m something of a BBQ critic having grown up in the South and lived there for 40 or so years and I’ve had some bad pork experiences in NYC. So much so that I’ve told my friends, “NYC does every type of cuisine well EXCEPT BBQ” I respectfully retract that statement after having AU Jus’ SUPERB pulled pork sandwich this evening. I’m going to have to join a 12 step program to stop myself from eating it every day. So good it’ll make your tongue slap your brains out.“

“Love Novelty! The best local burger spot. Highly recommend the smokehouse burger, add caramelized onions, bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado [if you love avocado], lettuce, tomatoes and some NOVELTY SAUCE - instead of mayo! 🤤🤤🤤🤤 trust me!“

“They have good food, but I don’t speak spanish…so it’s usually very difficult for me to order. I usually get scared of coming in here due to the language barrier (sometimes there’s a customer that will help translate). I like to get white rice with this slow roasted chicken with sauce, beans, potatoes, and carrots. It’s about $10. The super old grandma is really mean - stay away from her. She won’t put it all in one tray, so she can upsell/upcharge you for each item as a small (a la carte).“
