“Perfect location with a municipal parking lot next to the cafe. GCBC bagels are as close to the bagels I grew up eating in Forest Hills. They are soft but slightly chewy. Perfect texture! When I go early in the morning after they've taken them out of the oven, I don't even ask them to toast it. Sometimes I have to wait in line because they're busy but that's a good sign. There are regulars who come every morning and read newspapers while having their bagels. It's a neighborly place with excellent bagels.“

“Sadly, in Delaware where I live, what people call "bagels" are really just rolls with a hole in the middle. That's why whenever I travel to Mt. Kisco, I stop in for REAL bagels at Mt. Kisco Bagel. After introducing my wife to "real" bagels at Mt. Kisco Bagel, my wife has now joined me in my bagel snobbery. If you appreciate a REAL bagel, stop in, even if it's out of your way.
