“Again happy to report as a truck driver the amount of negative reviews for this subway are only coming from people who just want to complain when they have to function like a normal adult and are told the rules of an establishment they ones writing negative reviews must not be used to being told no and therefore complain when they don’t get their way. This particular subway has fast friendly employees and good food the people complaining about it being at a trucks top and feel the employees are being rude I can guarantee that in fact it was not the employees being rude it was the selfishness of entitled whiny people trashing a good establishment“

“Nice place to sit and eat food while waiting for the tires to be put on your car. The food here at this Ashtabula location in Walmart is better than the one at Loves in Conneaut. The vegetables taste better, so my lettuce was actually crispy.“

“I work for a wrestling team competing at a tournament in Geneva, Ohio, so I called this Subway location to place a large pickup order for their lunch. I was met with the BEST customer service! Denise, the new General Manager, answered my call and was a superstar helping me place the pickup order. I was met with such kindness and she asked me a few different questions so she could provide the best service to feed my team. I told her a general idea of what we were wanting and she helped me create an order that fit all of my requests and beyond!“

“I'm originally from Ohio, and moved to TN in 2006. I came "home" for a visit and 2 of my friends (also Ohio transplants) and my adult son said they would "die" for Mr Hero. A request of 5 sandwiches total! We didn't think it really could happen.
Thank you so much to the young lady and gentleman who work evenings for making that possible!! They provided me with everything a true Mr Hero cheeseburger and cheese steak consisted of. I carried; frozen meats, cheeses, sauteed onions, the mayo, dressing, buns and instructions, in a cooler all the way back to TN.
Everyone was "filled" with fond memories and the 2 spouses, (of my friends from TN) sure wish Mr Hero were here.
The price it cost in dollars could never compare to the delight in memories.

“The last several times I've used the Subway app my order has been correct. This has greatly improved and it warranted updating my review to reflect this positive change. The staff is always pleasant and efficient. Price/ Value wise as with everything now the cost had gone up while the quality has diminished.“
