“Again happy to report as a truck driver the amount of negative reviews for this subway are only coming from people who just want to complain when they have to function like a normal adult and are told the rules of an establishment they ones writing negative reviews must not be used to being told no and therefore complain when they don’t get their way. This particular subway has fast friendly employees and good food the people complaining about it being at a trucks top and feel the employees are being rude I can guarantee that in fact it was not the employees being rude it was the selfishness of entitled whiny people trashing a good establishment“

“I went here 3 times in my 4 days in geneva. Day one we had ice cream.Day 3 we got lunch. I had the Philly cheesesteak and the wife got the chicken sandwich. Both of us were satisfied with the wife even saying it was better than chick FIL a. We got the funnel Cale on our final night and it was good too! I highly recommend this place“

“First time ever being in a jersey Mike’s! And I’ve been to many subways and jimmy John’s including Ashtabula’s newer jimmy johns. I LOVE jimmy John’s however, ashtabulas really made me not enjoy it. Not only were the employees not so welcoming but they messed our orders up 3 times!!!

Now Jersey Mike’s, yes!!!! So welcoming the moment you walk in, very helpful and patient! And their subs are AMAZING, first time ever in a new one at that here in bula and I told them when I was there how much better of an experience I was already having. So if you are unsure just choose Jersey Mike’s!!!“

“This is a little Mr. Heroes is in the middle of nothing kinda but it's cute real friendly. iIts so peaceful and fast they were efficient and really helpful.The girl brought the food to the table and she was super polite everything was really good I had a lot of complicated orders a lot of changes and they did each one no problem with a smile. “I definitely give this subway five stars on any other day except for Friday, April 3, 2026. I walked into Subway® at 9:29 maybe a little bit after no one was in the front. Nobody was in the bathroom. The rugs were up because they had mopped the floor normally this is something I would never do but to know that I stood in this restaurant for 28 minutes, knocking asking if anyone is in there and then I got afraid that somebody may be hurt or somebody may have passed out so I opened up the door to where employees walk in, but I didn’t go into the back, but I said hello and I kept saying hello. I called the phone. Nobody answered the phone so I’m sitting here and I’m thinking what is going on here. I hope everyone’s OK so fast-forward to the point where I did not want to wait any longer and I was gonna leave and then ask the police to go and check on whoever was supposed to be in there to make sure they were all right, but then I see a gentleman peek around from the corner while I’m Getting into my car, I held my hands up at him and stated so he could Read my lips and said I see you. I walked right back in. He went back around the corner and hid even more longer so I said why are you doing this and he still stated the back never answered never said anything just didn’t want to give service I’ve never had any employee in Subway® do this to me ever this store has always been amazing but what happened tonight was hurtful and unacceptable“

“Place inside could be a little cleaner but I'm spoiled by the one in Madison . Food was Mr Hero fine, I got the Roman Burger. Cooked in the restaurant or you can pre-order online with the app. No wait, except for the meal to be cooked.“

“From walking in to walking out I had a great experience. Walking in I was immediately greeted and the girls were friendly. They were a little busy but my wait was still next to nothing! During their rush, they were still so nice and I didn’t feel rushed so the next customer could order. My food tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious!“

“Met the new owner today and she actually is involved with making the food very nice and the other young lady Zoey was very nice and polite the new ownership looks like there going to do great if you stopping going because of past owner you may want to try it now you will not be disappointed“
