“Again happy to report as a truck driver the amount of negative reviews for this subway are only coming from people who just want to complain when they have to function like a normal adult and are told the rules of an establishment they ones writing negative reviews must not be used to being told no and therefore complain when they don’t get their way. This particular subway has fast friendly employees and good food the people complaining about it being at a trucks top and feel the employees are being rude I can guarantee that in fact it was not the employees being rude it was the selfishness of entitled whiny people trashing a good establishment“

“I have been a faithful customer for years and I have never had a bad experience. Rosalinda is a shining star there always the highlight of my visit. She makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. The other stores could learn a lot from her.“

“I went here 3 times in my 4 days in geneva. Day one we had ice cream.Day 3 we got lunch. I had the Philly cheesesteak and the wife got the chicken sandwich. Both of us were satisfied with the wife even saying it was better than chick FIL a. We got the funnel Cale on our final night and it was good too! I highly recommend this place“

“First time ever being in a jersey Mike’s! And I’ve been to many subways and jimmy John’s including Ashtabula’s newer jimmy johns. I LOVE jimmy John’s however, ashtabulas really made me not enjoy it. Not only were the employees not so welcoming but they messed our orders up 3 times!!!

Now Jersey Mike’s, yes!!!! So welcoming the moment you walk in, very helpful and patient! And their subs are AMAZING, first time ever in a new one at that here in bula and I told them when I was there how much better of an experience I was already having. “Nice place to sit and eat food while waiting for the tires to be put on your car. The food here at this Ashtabula location in Walmart is better than the one at Loves in Conneaut. The vegetables taste better, so my lettuce was actually crispy.“

“This is a little Mr. Heroes is in the middle of nothing kinda but it's cute real friendly. iIts so peaceful and fast they were efficient and really helpful.The girl brought the food to the table and she was super polite everything was really good I had a lot of complicated orders a lot of changes and they did each one no problem with a smile. I've never been a big fan of Mr. Heroes bit arose but this place was pretty good I had the bouron chicken and it was tasty.“

“From walking in to walking out I had a great experience. Walking in I was immediately greeted and the girls were friendly. They were a little busy but my wait was still next to nothing! During their rush, they were still so nice and I didn’t feel rushed so the next customer could order. My food tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious!“

Your sandwich artist extraordinaire, Will, undoubtedly and hands-down is the best by far. First of all, he greeted us kindly as we walked in your store. Once we figured out what we wanted and placed our order, Will promptly and meticulously build our sandwiches. He didn’t roll his eyes or give off an attitude when we asked for more toppings or less toppings… He did his job perfectly! It’s a shame, we have three Subway shops in Ashtabula and none can come even closed to this amazing experience. Will did have an issue ringing up our coupon. However, the manager on duty was very kind in assisting him. We left your store with the best feeling of being 100% satisfied. When we got home, the sandwiches were simply outstanding. “Place inside could be a little cleaner but I'm spoiled by the one in Madison . Food was Mr Hero fine, I got the Roman Burger. Cooked in the restaurant or you can pre-order online with the app. No wait, except for the meal to be cooked.“

“Met the new owner today and she actually is involved with making the food very nice and the other young lady Zoey was very nice and polite the new ownership looks like there going to do great if you stopping going because of past owner you may want to try it now you will not be disappointed“
