“The coffee was phenomenal. There were almost 40 cars in line and I didn’t care. I’m an out of towner staying at the Hampton next door. I had a coffee on the way into town. It was the best I’ve had traveling in a long time. So I used it as a motivator to hit the road on roll our day. Did not disappoint. Line moves super fast. The staff are kind, younger folk.“

It's the perfect spot if you want a bar atmosphere without the negative effects of alcohol. Easy parking, great company, and seriously the best kava with cacao (I always get mine with oat milk!). The number of teas available would be overwhelming if the small containers were not there. The staff was very helpful in picking out the tea and helping to decide on quantity to purchase.“

“We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“Awesome little donut shop! The lady behind the counter (Who I believe was the owner) gave my sister and I each a free cinnamon sugar donut to try while we debated what kind of donuts we wanted. The donuts are all the same mix, and they too the donuts with whatever frostings and toppings in front of you. Ending up paying about $20 for a dozen. Highly recommend if you want some nice small donuts and you're by the Cleveland area :)“

“Bigmouth Donut Co. has amazing donuts in terms of flavor and variety, but what really makes it special is the space they have designed. You can get the comfort of a living room with the couch and leather chair or you can sit at low- or high-top tables if you want the coffee shop vibe (they have free Wifi for guests). Kelly the owner is so friendly and takes time to get to know customers. The atmosphere is really inviting and comfortable and you can often find yourself striking up a conversation with other customers, the staff, and the owner. They have created a real sense of community here. You may find prices more expensive than what you pay at a chain shop, but remember you're paying for quality product that a chain donut shop can't compete with. You are getting REAL quality donuts with REAL ingredients (amazing fruit fillings that they do not skimp on). I personally find that donuts from chains often have a chemical or artificial taste to them - not Bigmouth donuts - they are made fresh and you can taste the genuine quality of the ingredients. A fun addition to the coffee is the house-made sweet cream which is fantastic. Our favorite donut shop and Rocky River hangout.“

“There are many supermarkets around here, but I always find myself driving the extra distance to Whole Foods. I like that I can find healthy options, and can trust their brand. I like that there are many vegan options and plant based yogurts. My favorite brand there is the Engine 2 brand, really healthy Whole Foods, from Plant Based burgers to burritos to raviolis to pasta sauces to hommus etc... I only wish their prices were lower. They have improved on some, but would hope they continue.“

Husband loved the lox on a toasted everything bagel with dill/red onion schmear, daughter loved the bacon/egg/cheddar on plain toasted bagel, I loved the Veggie spicy hummus one on a toasted rosemary bagel. We went there often during our stay in Ohio City. The staff were so friendly and personable. Will return on our next visit!“

“The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!“

“Went in today and there were two lovely ladies working the afternoon shift. Some man came in and heckled them going on about "kids these days" demeaning both employees. Both ladies were amazing in not letting this crotchety man's belittling words bother them and quickly ensured drinks were served to get him out of there. She always goes the extra mile for her customers and is a local favorite. Her pho is better than any Asian restaurant in town, with the best ingredients and flavor. We love ordering the bone broth to take home. Also be sure to try the Bison meatballs, coffees and desserts... not to mention the variety of goods she sells in the shop. This is a very unique and wonderful spot. You won't be sorry when you visit.“

“I am a pretty much every day Starbucks customer. I recently moved to west Cleveland from Strongsville - where I had love bonds with the Starbucks there and I did NOT want to go to a new one. You know how it is - know their faces know their names, your dogs name.... But the one on Detroit is pretty good, my drink is almost always correct, the staff is cool... Love bonds in the making“

I can’t really rate the atmosphere because I did not go inside. I went through the drive thru both times.“
