From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made the visit feel personal. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your whole day in just a few minutes, but she absolutely did. My drink was perfect, my order was quick, and the service was even better. Addyson went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she loves what she does, and it really shows in the way she treats customers. The number of teas available would be overwhelming if the small containers were not there. The staff was very helpful in picking out the tea and helping to decide on quantity to purchase.“

“We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“Awesome little donut shop! The lady behind the counter (Who I believe was the owner) gave my sister and I each a free cinnamon sugar donut to try while we debated what kind of donuts we wanted. The donuts are all the same mix, and they too the donuts with whatever frostings and toppings in front of you. Ending up paying about $20 for a dozen. Highly recommend if you want some nice small donuts and you're by the Cleveland area :)“

“It’s super akward when they ask you if you want to tip-at the drive through. Tipping culture is getting quite pushy. Service is also incredibly slow, no one seems to have any sense of urgency or speed. Having said that, the food is usually decent and coffee is good.“

“There are many supermarkets around here, but I always find myself driving the extra distance to Whole Foods. I like that I can find healthy options, and can trust their brand. I like that there are many vegan options and plant based yogurts. My favorite brand there is the Engine 2 brand, really healthy Whole Foods, from Plant Based burgers to burritos to raviolis to pasta sauces to hommus etc... I only wish their prices were lower. They have improved on some, but would hope they continue.“

She always goes the extra mile for her customers and is a local favorite. Her pho is better than any Asian restaurant in town, with the best ingredients and flavor. We love ordering the bone broth to take home. Also be sure to try the Bison meatballs, coffees and desserts... not to mention the variety of goods she sells in the shop. This is a very unique and wonderful spot. You won't be sorry when you visit.“

“The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!“

I can’t really rate the atmosphere because I did not go inside. I went through the drive thru both times.“

The baristas that were working were friendly, kind and efficient and made two of the best drinks we’ve had in long time!
