“I haven’t been in since they’ve rebranded and remodeled. But, wow! It’s really soooo chic and elegant inside. I was actually shocked we were technically still inside of a mall. They have a ton of different pastries, chocolates, macarons, gelatos and coffees for you to choose from. Everything was bright, colorful and looked like it was all made with care. I got the hazelnut dalgona coffee, some macarons and a few croissants to try out. The coffee was great, super creamy and sweet. The macarons were fresh and my favorite flavor was probably the pisatchio!!
Its a great place to treat yourself to a sweet snack or to buy as gifts for friends and family. The entire staff was super welcoming and can help you narrow down your choices if you don’t know what you’re shopping for.“

“Finally tried this local coffee shop over the summer and it has been my “go to” ever since. Absolutely love this spot! The coffee is fantastic and not too sweet which is an incredibly hard thing to find when you love some flavor, but not sweetness overload. Plus the syrups are homemade. The staff is always so friendly and I look forward to seeing them when I stop in. I even brought my 3 year old one time and she was accidentally talking loudly but the other customers and male barista were very kind about it. The back area is so serene & peaceful on the rare occasions I get to sit and enjoy my coffee. Only suggestion would be to make the front area more cozy with decor and furniture but I also understand a tight space. Haven’t been in the evening for wine and music yet, but I look forward to it at some point.“

“The Cocoon Coffee space is spacious, roomy, and comfortable. This is a perfect spot to grab a coffee and read a book or play a board game. Their drinks are unique and delectable. I got the Blueberry Muffin Matcha which was pure creamy, smooth, matcha, milky goodness in my tummy. Additionally, the service is quick and the baristas are very warm, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend this coffee spot if you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab a nice coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.“

“Wow, I would just come to the outlet mall just for this coffee and warmed up, gooey cinnamon roll. First time here and I didn't get a picture because it was eaten so fast. I got the hot Ahava Mocha which tastes very rich. They also have Halo Halo (ube). So happy to have found this place! Owners are very nice and kind.“

“I love this Starbucks! I have been coming in every weekday for about 3 months now and it is my favorite Starbucks so far. When I walk in someone always says hello, they know my name and they know my order. They always give me a boost of happy in the morning. When I went in this morning we were talking about cups and this sweet girl asked me if I had seen the new ornaments. “Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!“

“I am new to trying lattes so I asked what kind they had. They were very patient with describing the different types and even told me how to I could add different things to them to make the latte even better. They wrote nice messages on my cup too.“

“First let me say that if not for Judah, my rating would be 1 star. The white dude w/eyeliner on that was working with him this morning October 16th during the 10 o clock hour has zero customer service skills and idk why he even works at Starbucks. To make a very long story as short as possible, I paid with stars. Eyeliner guy scans my QR twice and I lose double the amount of stars. He says nothing. I drive home, realize what happened, and try to call SIX different times but never reached anyone because *someone* kept picking the phone up and hanging up immediately. So I drive all the way back, stand in line and once it’s my turn they’re both standing there so I told them what happened. The guy who actually did it doesn’t make any facial expressions at all, doesn’t say sorry or my bad or ANYTHING literally no remorse or even acknowledgement of what I’m saying. Judah steps in, apologizes for something he didn’t even do and starts working with me to resolve the issue. While I’m waiting to see what Judah’s supervisor says, I take a sip of my drink and it’s disgusting because on top of everything else, the mf eyeliner guy didn’t even make it right. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and got a jade mint. No lemonade, no peach tea bag. Dude literally did not pay attention when he was “serving” me whatsoever. He rang it up as a honey citrus mint and even repeated it back to me before he started but still did zero of the steps to make one. Like dude you know there’s lemonade in it and you know it’s two different tea bags. What was the point of being lazy and making my drink wrong like I wouldn’t taste the difference and come back?? Anyways I got it all sorted out thanks to JUDAH and if I ever come back to this location it will be because of him. He also remade my tea and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best one I’ve had. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location because I go to target multiple times per week and I also collect cold cups so every time new ones drop I’m in there buying 4-8 cups at a time. There are several Starbucks locations that are closer to my house, but I go out of my way to patronize this one. Eyeliner guy needs a new job and some customer service skills. 0/5 for him. Judah needs a raise.“

“This location was in line with others. Fast service with a quality product. I will add that the girl at the window was super sweet. She thought my wife was holding a small dog and offered her a whip cup. We had to laugh because my wife was holding onto a stuffed animal from the zoo we had recently gotten. We all got a good laugh out of it. It really made my day how nice she was to ask us.
