“To be honest, after reading some reviews, I was a little scared come in here. It was my first time delivering here. Appointment was at 6am I showed up at 5:40. Gentlemen at the door in the check-in office asked me if I’m delivering and I said yes. He picked up the radio and page the guy. The moment the guy heard that I’m here to deliver he said immediately on my way! And I thought to myself that was a good sign. The guy showed up within a minute and told me to go into the door. I was another good sign. He got me empty within 20 minutes came out with the bills in hand and headed to me. I’m pretty impressed because of that day my schedule was very tight. Now mind you this place is a little tight, no doubt, but the door that I was given was really easy to get into. All in all, I don’t expect red carpet and free coffee. I just want to get empty and go on my way, that’s exactly what happened. So yes, five stars from me. It did not look like there is overnight parking because the place is kind of tight. But that’s not my major concern. Thanks New York. Bakery for getting me done super quick. If I get another load that delivers to this place, I will absolutely not hesitate and come down here again. 5 stars for real👍🏻“

“My cookies initially we're lacking the strawberry topping. I asked if they could be touched up some and the employee was so nice about it! I told her it's the best part and she agreed. I really appreciated her kindness. The cookies were perfect and absolutely delicious.“

“We visited today and had a fabulous experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The cafe itself was well appointed (actual silverware, not plastic), water carafes available along with lemon slices for no extra charge, clean, bright - even the soap in the bathroom smelled wonderful! But the almond croissants were amazing. Not to sound pretentious, but we've eaten almond croissants in Paris and they didn't even come close to the greatness of what we ate at Sophie's. The latte I had and the espresso my husband had was also delicious. We were in the area, traveling across the great divide from the west side of the county, and are so glad we stopped in. It would be a challenge to the waist line if we lived closer but we will certainly add regular visits to Sophie's even if it's just for coffee and an almond croissant. Also, the painting of Sophie at the front door is wonderful. Our own Sophie-dog crossed over the rainbow bridge last year so the painting was extra special to us. Run, do not walk, to this wonderful cafe.“

“This was actually the second time I stopped in. The first time they had just opened and some of the things weren't quite up to par (soggy pastries like they had been frozen and thawed out). Anyways I decided to give it another try and this time was much better. I got a caramel frappe which was very good (I forgot to take a picture). I also got the cheese tart and a custard bun. They were both pretty good although nothing spectacular since they are fairly simple pastries. Overall I would say if you're in the area stop by and give it a try.“

“Absolutely beautiful and delicious cakes! Shae made a beautiful cake for my son’s first communion. She is very professional and prompt. She delivered the cake on time and made sure to give us instructions and a box to transport once the event was over. The cake was a great hit and made our special day complete. This was my first time ordering and tasting her cakes and I’m so happy I chose her to make our cake. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from her.“

“Heard about this place from a coworker. Not easy to find - the owner runs her business out of her house. Asian bakeries/patisseries are hard to come by in the Cleveland area so naturally I was excited to try and was not disappointed. Ordered a box of pastries as well as their green tea roll cake. Croissants are the best I’ve had in Cleveland. So many flaky layers, perfect texture, just the right amount of sweetness. Green tea roll cake was also phenomenal. Had bits of red bean and the cream was light and airy. The cake itself was soft and moist. Will be coming back. Highly recommend“

It looks like they’re doing some renovations, so parts of it have that old-school charm while other areas are getting a bit of a refresh. Other spots look like they need scrubbing. The donuts were excellent—fresh, flavorful. Self-serve. You can tell this place has been around a while. Some unique candy options I have not seen before. A payphone too!? No longer in service, I checked.“

They also carry popcorn, snacks, pasta noodles, condiments, soup mixes, cookies, candy bars & candy, chips & and the list goes on. I only purchase my bread, buns & sweets here at these amazing prices. Schewebel's is worth the stop, even if a bit out the way with grocery store prices these days check them out.“

“I’m always busy, working, doing errands and i needed to find a place to eat that has a ln extensive menu. I can grab breakfast and lunch with extra to take home too! The manager and staff are friendly and very hard working. It’s centrally located and whether i’m eating in or taking out, The Cafe Honeycomb manages their business like you are their only customer, with attention to every detail. Their delicious food and great service is the reason I love to shop local!“

“I have been getting Cassata cakes & treats from you all since I was little. I celebrated my 37th birthday on June 19th. I went on vacation to North Carolina & drove 8 hours with my Cassata cake in a makeshift cooler of dish bins. I chose the dish bins because the cake box fit perfectly surrounded by ice packs. I took the advice of the sweet lady who helped me in store by saying to plastic wrap the cake box and use a trash bag then wrap the ice packs. She even was so kind to give me an ice pack she had there as well. I just want to say thank you all for always having great customer service & kind hearts.“

He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“
