“This Jeni’s store is great. It has a few flavors, seasonal specials, free samples, great service, and many seats. The price is reasonable. Personally, I am not into Jeni’s because it has many weird innovative flavors and it tastes a little too sweet for me.“

“I’ve been coming here for years! My favorite combo is almond brittle with brambleberry. Parking is pretty easy to find - there is a parking lot behind the store. It used to be completely free but now you have to pay during certain hours through the parking app“

“Whit's in New Albany, OH is my favorite Whit's for frozen custard & Pies. I go there often and enjoy the friendliness of the owner & the staff. The freezer's are always filled with so many varieties. It's hard to make a choice. I buy several of my favorites & take them to my family, out of town - who are not lucky enough to live close to a Whit's. I still don't know if they are excited to see me or the Whit's custard :-) but we all enjoy it. Family I'll be bringing some to you soon!“

The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

I want to tell you that if you want to try something good, visit this place. Everything is delicious, but especially the famous mangonada. I told her how much I liked mangonadas and I asked her to sell me some plastic containers so I could bring fried mangonadas to Boston. And it arrived in excellent condition. “08/24/24 I went after work around 12:30pm. The only doughnuts that they had left were “Maple nut, Key Line and Cinnamon Sugar Bites. I Missed out on the Raspberry Hibiscus and Ube. My friend Loved her “Maple Nut” I love that I was asked if we had any nut allergies. Very friendly staff. I will return early next time.“
