“I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“After working with the front and back staff for over a year I get to see how everything is running as far as receiving all the foods and produce in the back I know everything is kept very clean and organized in a busy kitchen with all the preps and cooks working together. Out front we have a bunch of young awsome experienced ladies always working together and keeping all the customers Happy and Full. The Food and staffs are second to none😎“

“Someone recently mentioned this place in a pizza group on FB. I decided to try it today & I'm glad I did. Probably the best non-deep dish pizza in Columbus. The prices were good as well. There's also plenty of nearby parking.“

“Re. the Grandview location - Great food. But, building is just fair. It is freezing in there this time of year (late Fall/Winter). With the high ceilings, any heat never makes it to the patrons inside (please learn to use your ceiling fans to help with this). Also, having doors that open straight to the outside doesn't help. Each time they are opened, it is a blast of cold air for half the establishment.“

“I stopped in on my way home to order and pick up a 10" BBQ Chicken Pizza. The lady who took my order was very pleasant and efficient. The owner came through the dining area and stopped to tell me about the restaurant. I had planned to eat the pizza in the car on the way home, but it was so loaded with fresh and delicious ingredients that I was afraid that I would spill it on myself. I wisely decided to eat the pizza in my car in the parking lot. I really like BBQ chicken pizza, and this was the best I'd ever had.“

“Do NOT order 007 if you are lactose intolerant. Ferris (sp?) will absolutely hook you up with a NY style pie so dense with dairy it will take you days to recover. Solid, tasty pizza with a good crust - you know sometimes pizza places have bland crust that tastes like cardboard, but not 007 - and good coverage of toppings. Reasonable price and ridiculously friendly service. They've earned my loyalty.“

“I don’t want to remove a star because your pickle pizza is dreamy but you made me waste money on those stupid for profit parking lots that don’t even use the funds to repair the lots. The parking is like 11 dollars we found another one for 6 bucks for two hours walk up to Slammers and it’s locked. Everything says it’s open, the web site, Google, the door sign itself… we’re not rich, just wanted to have a beer and pizza after a really bad day and tried To call but there’s no way to leave a message… just boo that wasn’t cool. Next time make a sign when you don’t feel like opening up during your normal hours, think of your customers. *waaah*“

“I went on a fairly busy night, so service was a bit minimal but I was checked on and the server was friendly. I enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch pizza quite a bit, though the caprese salad was disappointing. The tomatoes were unripe. I'd probably do outdoor seating next time I visit when the weather cools off.“

“The food is great - we’ve tried most of their pizzas and the antipasti salad is to die for. Unfortunately I can’t speak as highly about the staff. On several occasions, usually on Sundays when they close at 7, I’ve gotten my food close to 7 but NEVER after 7. I’ve placed orders for pick-up at 6:45 and if I wasn’t there at 6:45 on the dot I’ve been called being harassed to get my food because they close at 7. Today I went in at 6:50 and they had already put everything away, taken out the trash, and sanitized everything and gave me lip about wanting to place my order (1 pizza and 1 salad). They proceeded to loudly complain to each other while making my order. Closing at 7 means you stop taking customers at 7 - not that staff gets to walk out the door and lock it behind them at 7.“

The plain cheese pizza is a solid choice and there are some traditional (as well as some more fun) options of specialty pizzas. “We've been ordering Frankie's for many years. It's our go to for guaranteed great pizza. The burnt ends are astounding! So good!! I'm not usually a fan of smoked food but the smoked wings are crazy good. Meaty with the perfect amount of seasoning. It's really hard to find good onion rings but theirs are better than anywhere else. Tried the Dub Sub (Italian sub with double meat and double cheese) tonight and it is the best Italian sub I've ever had. And the funnel cake fries - yum! “Not sure how this doesn't have five stars across the board. We drove from almost ten hours away and after scouring places to eat we decided to stop here. The crust is crisp, not soggy or tough with good flavor and thickness. You can't go wrong with fresh ingredients like the mozzarella and mushrooms (fresh not canned, wowee!) either. We also tried Gina's Gem and between the beautiful focaccia and the dip being creamy while also sweet with a small back burn to it, you really can't go wrong. The bar is a great place to sit, no spoilers, but the walls and shelves are filled with awesome and hilarious things that make good conversation. It's a shame this wonderful place is so far from home but we're hoping to make it a yearly tradition. Thanks for the great food, staff, and atmosphere!“

But the staff is very friendly, the pizza is reasonably priced, and we've never had an issue making an order online or not getting what we paid for. Excellent Columbus style pizza.“

“The pizza is really freaking good! Crispy well done crust and great toppings. My family was very impressed. The kitchen is located in a BAR bar. We went as a family with two teens, it reminded me of a neighborhood dive bar I would have hung out in when younger. We made sure kids were allowed and told yes. We had a table, but had to go to the bar to order drinks and food. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive.
Can't wait to have the pizza again.“

It’s small, clean, laid back with a decent menu of mostly fried fare That is the only negative, the whole place smells like a fryolator, you will need to wash your entire outfit, down to your skivies.
