“The nicest young lady made my subs today around 2pm. She was far and away THE nicest person that I've ever met at a subway or any fast food for that matter. Offered to pack up some toppings for the sandwich incase my wife wanted them. My only regret is that I didn't get her name. She was absolutely awesome! If I had a business I would hire her in a minute. GREAT JOB!“

“I came here to see if the location was as good as before the remodel, after leaving the Austintown location extremely disappointed. I found they still took your order personally at the counter. The staff were outstanding in every fashion. The condiments were accessible to dining room customers. Restaurant was beyond clean. The food was great I'm not a fan of waffle fries but these were cooked perfect and crispy. The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is not the store's fault. LJS has been hit by shrinkflation, the chicken and fish pieces are half the size they used to be, but that's the chain's fault not the location's. Please patronize this location if you still want LJS because it's the best in the area.“

“I wanted to come here and share an experience. A girl named Celina was awesome. She saw I placed an order an hour from when I picked up my order, and instead of just giving it to me she told me me she was having them remake it for me. Yes it was my fault, yes I didnt even ask her , yes it was all on her . Now thats customer service.. thank you Celina. That was kind of her.“

“Oh my goodness where do I start?! First, when I pulled up to the drive thru I was greeted by a beautiful lady by the name of Kristy. She was very punctual and informative with all the deals and specials Rally’s had to offer. She made ordering a breeze and made my excitement to eat Rally’s that much more amazing! Once I made it to the drive thru window, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Mathew. He seemed to be the manger but if he wasn’t he should be. I’d even go as far as saying he should own his own Rally’s or receive a substantial raise!! Mathew was very professional and well spoken while making sure my visit to this Rally’s was suffice and smooth. Between Kristy, Mathew and the cleanliness/appearance of the Rally’s establishment alone, I will most definitely be coming back to Rally’s on Belmont in the future!“

“Their customer service was excellent! The young man who waited on us was extremely polite and apologized because they were having problems with their chocolate ice cream machine working properly, and we even commented to each other after we left how nice he was!“

“At top of August, this location assured Mayo was not on my sandwich. They quickly ushered me out of the Drive thru. I am VERY allergic to Mayo. On our break we moved out of the way and hurried to our next destination. I later found a ton of Mayo on my sandwich. I called to pick up a sandwich later as I had to quickly find something else to eat. Still not hungry and pressed for my next destination, they offered me a coupon. I expressed I was from out of town. They promised to send a coupon. I received the coupon bottom of August or top of September. I took coupon to my local Wendy's and they refused and was told I would have to take it to the Wendys in PA. PA said there was nothing they could do as they gave me a coupon. I asked for money back, since I couldn't get my sandwich. Wendys said they did what they were suppose to do and there was nothing left (....no obligation). My ticket actually calls for a 10 piece nugget as well because I was missing one. nugget. I am mostly concerned about the principle. Please advise.“

“Having decent food is only half the battle, the other half is having amazing employees that are amazing people too. A prime example of what I'm talking about is Amy at Arbys Hermitage, PA location. She is an outstanding employee but a better human. When I came up short, she paid it from her own pocket without hesitation. It wasn't much but it meant the world and it was the difference between having a meal and going hungry. I came back with not only the money to repay her but her kindness as well and a little more for the love she showed me.“

“I stopped into WMS DQ for lunch last weekend. I had never been to this particular DQ before. In the midst of CoVid social distancing and mask wearing, I was very impressed with the set up. All precautions were taken, the restaurant was meticulously clean, all patron movement was designed to move in one direction, and the staff was very friendly. I told the manager I’d never ordered meals at DQs, just Ice cream, so I had a few questions. He was accommodating, patient and super friendly. I had an amazing burger♥️ and onion rings. DQ Made to order, beats any other fast food assembly. I’ll return to this store because of the food quality and my experience with the Manager/staff.“

“We love the upside down cones... You have to get it upside down in a cup because even the small is HUGE! There is no way you can eat it on the cone without it melting all over everything... ❤❤❤❤ We actually started getting our dinner there as well... Awesome burgers and dog... that's all we have try but the list of yummy things go on and on..“

“Nick's DQ is a throwback retro style DQ. He and his team are always friendly and courteous. Some may not agree because they can get overwhelmed at times at peak hours but they will always treat you with the utmost courtesy. My family and our four fur kids made going there a regular event during sunny summer days, and Nick would always be welcoming. Sadly we'll be hard pressed to find another DQ like his, since we're moving. We'll miss the good treats and good times.“

“I've pretty much given up on fast food because 99.9 % of the time, my order, wrong, cold, or just plain messed up.
I could feel my sugar dropping today, and against better judgment, I choose Bk in Hermitage, and I am glad I did! The food was hot, correct, and good... You've restored some of my faith in humanity.

“I have seen technologically challenged individuals have issues ordering and not receive help from staff. This staff also has a tenancy not to realize that customers can hear them talking often, resulting in overheard inappropriate conversations. Over all the food as good as Taco Bell is and I love me some Taco Bell.“

“There are lots of options. I got a soft taco. Ordered zucchini & squash mix. I thought it would have been a side dish, but they put it on the taco. Kinda weird. And I asked for refried beans & they gave me the big pinto bean. Not smashed. Its a texture thing. Could have been my fault for not paying more attention to what they were putting on my taco. We sat outside, which was nice. Bull & Bear had Music that we enjoyed.“

“One of the worst Subway restaurants in the area, honestly. They are not open on time, they close early, and the staff genuinely act like they dont want to be there. I watched the girl making a sandwich just dump dressing all over. Most of the dressing made it 'on' the sandwiche, but it was a mess. I came in at 8pm, and they told me thay the toaster was broken so they couldn't heat anything up. I get the feeling that they cleaned the machine and didn't want to clean it again. Subway is a decent option for food, but when the people who work there dont care about the job that needs done, it shows. I won't be back here until I forget what this experience was like and I need a reminder, for sure.“
