“Was on a job in Chagrin Falls and was across the street from this place and checked out the reviews and immediately decided to grab a sandwich for lunch, needless to say it was delicious, it reminded me of a sandwich grandma would make but better! Will definitely be back!“

“I was in town camping and decided to eat out on our last night there, living off burgers and hot dogs for 3 nights straight was enough. Lol stopped in here for a hot meal and to enjoy the ac. There was a mix up with our food but the manager took care of me right away and got things straightened out.

Had to wait a few extra minutes but the manager handled things great so I don't have any serious complaint whatsoever. I'd definitely eat there again when I'm in town camping, despite the mix up I wad still pleased with my experience. They get it perfect next time I'll change it to a 5 star lol“

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. after trying to go inside, but doors were locked, even tho people were inside. Should have been my first clue to go somewhere, anywhere, else. Then after waiting all that time, I get my food and it's ice cold and the bun was stale. Disgusting. I will never go back. Can't do the Wendy's survey because, shocker, I didn't get a receipt so can't get restaurant number. Simply awful place.“

“Over the years the quality of their food has taken a hit and then some. Just like any other place I am a creature of habit and since I get the same thing a lot of the time, of course some of my favorites are discontinued which is discouraging but again my consistent liking for certain things keeps from having repeated negative experiences. That being said, draw your own conclusions. Stick to the specials and the popular menu items and you should do ok“
