“First time we've had "nothing to brag about" service from here. We come here often and this time our server was forever getting to our table just to get our drinks. I order sweet tea with lemon had to ask 3 times before getting the lemon. Hubby orders no tomatoes on his meal and they came with. She took his dish back and to be honest it didn't take long and here she came with his dish. We think they just took them off and some extra fries and added a few new fries and the toppings (roosters nest) I asked for a box to bring left overs home and that took forever she passed our table 3 or 4 times before she brought one saying she was looking for a smaller box. Like I said we been here several times and I felt like she should of wrote things down but they don't do it that way. I understand they were busy and the tomatoes could have been the kitchen staff but it's always busy there.“

“This is by far the best Gionino's around. We have one less than half a mile from us in Louisville but we drive to this one to get their pizza. This is our go to for any party or special event we have. Everyone always compliments how much better this one is over the one in town. Not to mention the owners are just amazing people who support the local community so much. Thanks for always providing a great pie!“

“Grew up on Delaware avenue 2 blocks from this pizza shop.i remember when it was a laundry mat and then a ice cream shop and when it became Krause pizza👍 greg was the owner for years.still remember the phone number. “These wings were absolutely fall off the bone tender. Garlic Parmesan sauce had a nice bite to it. Curly fries were very flavorful and kicked up a notch by dipping into sauce.Order from them, these other low reviews don't actually reflect the quality of their food. I will absolutely order from them again.“

Returned to the store wondering why the order was wrong and then realized I ordered the wrong toppings. Explained the situation to the amazing lady at the counter and she was happy to replace the pizza at no extra cost. I'm very grateful. 10/10, will be back, and I eat pizza a lot, so it'll be sooner rather than later.“

“My wife and I called to order food from this location to have it delivered and we were quoted a certain time to expect it by, our food actually came 20 minutes early from that expected time so I wanted to give a thumbs up to the owners and their staff as well as the kindness that the driver showed by letting me know that I can use his bag to take my food in and not worry about taking it out and dropping it everywhere on my front porch. “i just want everyone to know that this hungry howies pizza place in canton has EXCELLENT customer service � they had a situation with one of their delivery cars so unfortunately our order took over an hour to get delivered, when i called to check what was going on the guy was really polite and explained the situation. i didn't ask for it to be free because it was really no ones fault that a car broke down and he was so polite. but then a little bit later they called back and said it would be free since we were waiting so long. so tonight we will be giving them our business again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! this place isn't just run by a bunch of punks like one of the other pizza places we refuse to buy from anymore (*cough *cough east of chicago).“

I ended up with 6 chicken strips .large mashed .large coleslaw for $35 .and that is not what I wanted .please go to your drive-thru and listen to person you have taking orders .your wasting my time and money.
