Edit 02/06/2026: this experience was not as good. Amazing environment, and thee water was great. The pizza itself was not what I remembered it to be. Very dry. The sauce came straight out of a can, and I could tell. Metallic taste, maybe less toppings. Unsure what changed exactly but it's been a year.“

“Ordered a mushroom steak and pretzel sticks, im definitely outside of there delivery area. Place my order and they were quite busy so I told them no rush I do know I’m outside your area . Was expecting hour or maybe two wait . Not 30 minutes later my food is here and it’s so hot I can hardly eat it . “We hosted a party today for between 50 to 60 people . The place was perfect and the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and super friendly. We ordered several pizzas including cheese, pepperoni, meathead, deluxe, filibuster, cheesy bread, soups, pickle pizza(which I heard was fantastic). Oh and did I mention the salads. Pappa’s Pizza Palace is all around the way to go. Great carry out experience and dine in and now a large party. Thank you for making our son’s day super special today.“

“I live out of town, now in NC. I grew up in Germantown OH and was brought up on Don and Ron's Pizza. Hands down it's the best place to gather with old friends and family, great atmosphere, fabulous food and attentive service. Not only is the pizza the best, their hot Italian sub and mushroom steak sandwich is great too and don't get me started on their Reuben!! Oh did I forget to mention salads, yeah they exceed at that too. Huge salads, big enough to share (if you want, that is.) Yes, Don's is A #1 in this gal book. I take a family size pizza, a steak sandwich and sub frozen home with me every time I'm in for a visit. That way later when the mood strikes I have a little take of home when I want it. You won't regret stopping by and eating there.“

“OMG! This place was amazing, the staff was very nice and friendly. It was also clean, and quick. We got our pizza in around 10 minutes or so. “Love the newly remodeled Verity Pkwy location. It looks much more inviting and clean inside. The bathroom was clean as well. The food was delish! I love the Vic's Big Cheese with green olives. It is the best! The staff was super nice and helpful, which made our visit more pleasant. I do also like the new drive thru. It is so convenient.

The General Manager, Adrianna and staff members Timmy and Matt, are always very friendly to me and treat me like royalty every time I call, place an order and carry-out from the Miamisburg location. All of the staff members at the Miamisburg Pizza Hut are fantastic at their job as well, even when they are extremely busy. “We got Jet's a few days ago, but it was on my mind to write a review. First off, we have been waiting for deep anticipation that one day our town would get a Jet's Pizza. When I told my wife the news, it was like she won the lottery. Would it be too good to be true? Would this place be all that we ever dreamed it could be? To tell you the truth, the experience exceeded our expectations. The online ordering process was easy. We ordered as we were in the parking lot of Walmart next door, so I arrived early. When I entered the door, the staff were in a great mood. I was greated instantly by a gentleman wearing a smile. Even though I was early, and wasn't trying to rush anyone, I only waited less than five minutes. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. “One of our sons had to be in Middletown for his state testing so we decided to hit up LaRosas for lunch. Our server was great and the pizzas were great as well. LaRosas is always a big hit with the family. This one and the one in Oxford are fantastic highly recommended. Sorry didn't think of taking pics of the pizza they smelled to good to wait. But one of our sons got a great cheese pull from their mozzarella sticks. Lol“

“The original on Brown St. was church but I still stop in a couple times a year for nostalgia, not to mention the sweet patio.
The bar had a duo playing so win-win.

The bartender was friendly and on it service wise but nor over bearing. Manager was friendly without being cheesy as well.
I've never had their pizza let alone a cauliflower crust-Holy Baboli, we LOVED IT!

“I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn't even open my door. i'm in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn't get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don't know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.“

“I've ordered several times from Jet's. The pizza is pretty good. Not great, but good. They did put on extra sauce, but not really that much extra. Sauce is bland. Toppings were fine. Crust was completely cooked but a little chewy. I got the hand-tossed crust; the thick crust is better, but it is a lot of bread.

The trouble is the long time for delivery. Admittedly, the website said, 75-80 minutes; I just didn't notice. It took 70, so you can say they did better; but that's just a long time for delivery. The store is 1.5 miles away. Driver was apologetic, I tipped him; I didn't believe it was his fault; he said he's the *only* driver. To be honest, Brew & Brews, which is very close by, is better pizza, but can be uneven on delivery too. Napoli's makes a good pie, but it wasn't open tonight! “Honest review. I had both my grandkids birthday party there tonight. The kids had a blast and that was my main goal however it could have been way better organized or better yet I coulda bought a smaller package . The kids had unlimited play for 2 hours now in that 2 hours you also do the pizza , cake and singing with Chuck Ev. It was very crowded and live with Chuck E was about half way through the party and they let you know 6 minutes before he comes out. Trying to round up kids in an arcade full of kids in 5 minutes ain’t easy. So he comes out and danced for about 5 minutes then they rush him away with kids in back never getting to hug him. Then he comes back out a little later this was a 3 minute count down. So my grandson didn’t get to her his name announced in the birthdays because he didn’t get back across the room in time. The cake was brought out around 7 at 7:15 we were told we had 15 minutes to move ( 15 minutes after she cut the cake. ) ice cream for kids was to be included but we never received. Most employees didn’t seem like working with children was their favorite thing to do. So I recommend the place as a great place for kids to have fun safety ( the stamps on the hands was nice feeling) but I wouldn’t recommend party area . Buy a hour unlimited pass or longer and have cake and ice cream and presents at home. You don’t get everything promised, the scheduling of everything makes it stressful and they only get about a hour play time in all anyway. I don’t see no stars to give but it would be 0 for party 3 for friendly ( lost 2 because most staff seemed to hate the job)“
