“Always good, consistent food, quickly prepared, and conveniently presented. Although prices are going up (aren't they everywhere?), we are able to soften that blow by using the App and ordering specials, or using points earned from earlier purchases. The App is great, and we can just find a seat instead of getting in line“

“I used to work here & My co-workers are awesome! But the customers can be a little rude at times & should take step back & realize that us workers are working our asses off to cook for u knowing u can cook at home. I mean we make mistakes & I know sometime in your lifetime u have too. So cut us a break but we appreciate your service. But my point is that the customers that are going to this McDonald's location but anywhere as well as anywhere else should be nicer & less drama kings & queens!! #justsayin Thank u!??“

“In the dried through i placed our order i had points to use this was the first thing I order it was a double cheese burger plain large frie and a water next i ordered 4 piece kids meal ,sprite next ordered a qaurter pounder with cheese meal large fry large drink we pay go to get the food their was only 1 large fry the person inside said I only ordered 1 fry but it was on the screen to start ,I pulled around went in side to get my other frie i get back to the car and the plain double i ordered had everything on it and the receipt said plain the service has gone way down hill at sayler park ,when it use to be the best around“

“everyone working here is so kind, me and my friends come here after school and they kindly awnser us when we ask for water cups, they haven't messed up our orders, the managers here are actually so nice, sometimes when we have like 50 cents off they just pay it for us, and I really appreciate it. “I went in to get something to drink and decided on a sweet tea w/o ice, a full cup of ice,(I like lots of ice w/ my tea), and a LG mocha frappe, but had to get a medium.
I was there @ 15 minutes just to get my iced tea and then waited another 15 minutes or so on my frappe! But the employee made up for the wait and gave me a large!!! It was ssooo good!

“I went thru drive thru. I didn't get the ladies name and i didn't see her name on the receipt but went thru at 8:44am. and she is really good at her job and customer service. It was refreshing very polite and could just feel her energy.. Even the guy that gave me my food at the next window was very polite and quick with my order. Fodd was delicious.“

“When I was asked to pull to a parking spot In order to wait for my food, I just knew things were about to be bad, however, the visit was actually great, the manager kept his word about delivering hot fresh food which was the reason for the wait , which was not really too long. No complaints, decent time frame to wait for food, food was fresh and hot. Accurate and delicious.“

“I work right across the street at KFC and every morning I come in for a sausage Mc-muffin and the service is fast, to the point, and the food is amazing from this location. I always try to come to this one if the kids want McDonald's. Thank you for not being rude !!“

“Hi, this has to be hands down the best McDonalds in the city. The manager Wendy has the best attitude ever. Wendy, has a beautiful smile and super great attitude. The store was clean and the atmosphere was electric. Wendy and her team of fun employees had my food in my hands within a minute and it was hot and goooood!

The front door was nice & it seemed to be alive in the place. Nice music .

The restroom loo, had some serious streaks circling around on the inside of the bowl. I tried to knock them off with my stream. But they were called on pretty good.

The hand soap smelled nice.

“Stopped by the drive through at around 8:45 on Wednesday 12/18/24. Was meet with a very cheery female cashier who was happy to be serving weary customers coming from the Mall across the street before the holidays. Pulled to the second window and found an equally friendly man wishing me happy holidays and handing me my order. Best drive through experience I recall!“

“Ordered on the app a 50 cent double cheeseburger for national hamburger day. When I entered, 2 crew members were also. They each held a door for me. I stood at the front counter for several minutes with no crew there. I could see my order number on the screen. When a crew member did appear, they said my order was on the delivery rack and handed it to me. I ate in my car. The burger tasted good. The cheese was not melted. Well worth the 50 cents I paid.“

“Out of the 6 or 7 McDonald’s within a 10-15 mile radius of this one. This one is by far superior to the others. It was my first time going in and ordering. The employees were nice and cheerful. You don’t see that often and the food was good. One star deducted because the fries didn’t seem fresh fresh.“

“This McDonald’s is quite literally one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to other than the Beachmont location, but I must give it a five star because the one and only cashier patty is the Coolest person I’ve ever met. She literally is the only reason I go there had to wait for food for nearly an hour, but is always helpful. No matter the circumstances, she needs manager position and to be paid the highest. “I like this place but cost a little more than other but it is worth it.sometimes it might smell but then they clean. Ok atmosphere nothing really showed pazaz. They had a straight face the whole time. But I recommend.
