McDonald's in Cincinnati

“I ordered food today, and it was disgusting! we waited 25 minutes for our order for a curbside pickup while we waited for all the food to get cold and soft!!!! why is the drive served in the first place? I arrived before many cars and why should I wait when to service the endless flow of cars?“

“I used to work here & My co-workers are awesome! But the customers can be a little rude at times & should take step back & realize that us workers are working our asses off to cook for u knowing u can cook at home. I mean we make mistakes & I know sometime in your lifetime u have too. So cut us a break but we appreciate your service. But my point is that the customers that are going to this McDonald's location but anywhere as well as anywhere else should be nicer & less drama kings & queens!! #justsayin Thank u!??“

“If any McDonalds deserves a Michellin Star it would be the Cleves, OH store. Perfect ice coffees, fluffy (yet crispy) fries and hashbrowns, the coldest cokes, and the meatiest hamburgers. The cleves McDonalds never does me wrong. If I had to provide one criticism, it would be to not acknowledge me and remind me when I've been through the drive thru for the 3rd time in one day.“

“Tara is amazing. She is always so welcoming when my friends and I walk in. She is always in a good mood and seems to bring the overall environment up. She cares about her job and the people that come through the door and it makes the experience all more welcoming.“

“I'd definitely go a lot, very nice and the place would definitely bring memories to my life, I'd never actually forget the first time I tried it.

Kid-friendliness: They have a play place for the little ones, and they also have the happy meals with apples for the little kids.“

“Friendly staff. All self checkouts are not working. \\| 3 years ago I did the previous review. The staff there is almost the same. Except for one nice lady I think the manager. Great staff I heard her tell a worker who messed up that you didn't we did we are a team. She is very inspirational and a great asset to the company. “I've consistently had a great experience at the McDonald's on Cornell Rd. The drive-thru service is reliable, and my orders are always accurate. Even during peak times, they manage to stay quick and efficient. Overall, it's a dependable spot for a quick McDonald's drive thru“

“I went thru drive thru. I didn't get the ladies name and i didn't see her name on the receipt but went thru at 8:44am. and she is really good at her job and customer service. It was refreshing very polite and could just feel her energy.. Even the guy that gave me my food at the next window was very polite and quick with my order. Fodd was delicious.“

“I typically drive through for breakfast 2-3 times per week at this location and they are extremely fast and provide consistently good food and service. I use the app which allows them cut out the ordering time and also notifies them to start cooking when I get close. Online orders in the app also offers a reward of 20% off orders of $10 or more, saving you $2 or more. This McDonalds is well run and does breakfast right, every time.“

“My only complaint is that above the playset there a very bright light in the ceiling. Several kids playing the day I took my grandson commented that it was very hot on the upper level. Perhaps a suggestion would be to replace that light with LED bulbs, if possible, or turn that light off all together.“

“I’ve meant to leave a good review for this place for years!! They’re the fastest McDonald’s around, and the staff are great. Finally felt inspired to leave a review today.. I parked to wait for two happy meals and rolled my son’s window down because he wanted to say thank you. The young lady who walked it out to us was sooo sweet with both my kids!! Wish I’d gotten her name to shout her out. Love this location, I live closer to the Amelia one but will always drive the extra few minutes, that’s how good the service is.“

“This is my favorite location for McDonalds. Its always clean, always has classy music on like jazz or classic christmas oldies. Nice artwork on the walls. The playplace is always open, unlike other locations in Colerain. This place is kept up very well.“

“I came early 230am. Place was open which was a plus. Quick through the window. Ordered my food and had no issues through the drive through. I was asked to wait 3 minutes for a fresh quarter pounder wich it was exactly 3 minutes and for a fresh burger i didnt mind.. It was delicious and the fries were on the warm side with enough salt. Overall very happy considering it was 230am.“

“Went here around 9 / 9:30 PM on 11/15 and the drive thru cashier was incredibly warm and friendly. I was kind of grumpy but his simple, kind words made me feel better. The guy who handed me my order was respectful and had a good attitude as well. Not what you expect going through a drive thru at night, but I was pleasantly surprised and will be coming back. In the meantime give these gentleman all the raises and promotions“

“Out of the 6 or 7 McDonald’s within a 10-15 mile radius of this one. This one is by far superior to the others. It was my first time going in and ordering. The employees were nice and cheerful. You don’t see that often and the food was good. One star deducted because the fries didn’t seem fresh fresh.“

“The store was having a water issue being repaired and was in the process of opening up. The owner personally took our order and was very generous and friendly. We were traveling from out of town and were getting some meals for our children. We are grateful for his great personality and helpfulness.“

“This McDonald’s is quite literally one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to other than the Beachmont location, but I must give it a five star because the one and only cashier patty is the Coolest person I’ve ever met. She literally is the only reason I go there had to wait for food for nearly an hour, but is always helpful. No matter the circumstances, she needs manager position and to be paid the highest. “Today, the food was relatively hot (except for the chicken nuggets). Those with hamburgers said all was good. The fries were warm. The lady in the dining room was the nicest person. She talked to us and to the kids and helped get us a high chair. I wish I got her name to say thank you!“

“Wonderful employees always give my husband the personal touch-- and yesterday, when I accompanied him, was no exception! One big problem, though... the floor was the slipperiest surface I have ever walked upon! I was wearing my newest barn boots with great tread, and there was a TRACE of rain here and there, but even the dry spots were treacherous. I couldn't even keep my feet under me at my seat! Just glad I didn't fall!“
