“This is the best McDonald's in The USA! Always fresh and hot food. The employees here are awesome! The ownership and management, really care about their employees and customers, and it shows! “I used to work here & My co-workers are awesome! But the customers can be a little rude at times & should take step back & realize that us workers are working our asses off to cook for u knowing u can cook at home. I mean we make mistakes & I know sometime in your lifetime u have too. So cut us a break but we appreciate your service. But my point is that the customers that are going to this McDonald's location but anywhere as well as anywhere else should be nicer & less drama kings & queens!! #justsayin Thank u!??“

“If any McDonalds deserves a Michellin Star it would be the Cleves, OH store. Perfect ice coffees, fluffy (yet crispy) fries and hashbrowns, the coldest cokes, and the meatiest hamburgers. The cleves McDonalds never does me wrong. If I had to provide one criticism, it would be to not acknowledge me and remind me when I've been through the drive thru for the 3rd time in one day.“

“everyone working here is so kind, me and my friends come here after school and they kindly awnser us when we ask for water cups, they haven't messed up our orders, the managers here are actually so nice, sometimes when we have like 50 cents off they just pay it for us, and I really appreciate it. I hope the managers get paid well becusse they deserve it.“

“I went thru drive thru. I didn't get the ladies name and i didn't see her name on the receipt but went thru at 8:44am. and she is really good at her job and customer service. It was refreshing very polite and could just feel her energy.. Even the guy that gave me my food at the next window was very polite and quick with my order. Fodd was delicious.“

Other days they complete orders relatively quickly.
Atmosphere feels more like a quick in and out instead of welcoming and inviting.
Partially clean, not large trash just bunches of tables crumby and sticky.

“Hi, this has to be hands down the best McDonalds in the city. The manager Wendy has the best attitude ever. Wendy, has a beautiful smile and super great attitude. The store was clean and the atmosphere was electric. Wendy and her team of fun employees had my food in my hands within a minute and it was hot and goooood!

“I never usually go inside of McDonald's to eat, but we decided to eat in today since both my daughter and I needed to use the restroom.

We had a very pleasant visit inside the mount Carmel McDonald's! Crystal and Kevin (mother and son) are the ones who served us and were more than accommodating and kind and the facility was clean and service was quick! Food was on point and they even were nice enough to make sure we got two different squish mellows to add to our collection!

“This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a mcdonald's with two kids alone. The manager who was working on things was so amazing she checked on pur food and got anything we needed so I could sit with my children. Not sure of her name but she's wonderful. The blonde in glasses deserves a raise and a bonus“

“I came early 230am. Place was open which was a plus. Quick through the window. Ordered my food and had no issues through the drive through. I was asked to wait 3 minutes for a fresh quarter pounder wich it was exactly 3 minutes and for a fresh burger i didnt mind.. It was delicious and the fries were on the warm side with enough salt. Overall very happy considering it was 230am.“

“I go to this store regularly at all different hours find food is mediocre service is ok it's not 24hours as listed on Google talked to guy in drive-thru he explained the store is no longer 24hrs 7 days a week he explain it's only 24 hrs 3 or 4 days a week but it's McDonald's I don't have very high expectations for fast food spots anymore they all are getting expensive and serve sub par quality food“

“This McDonald’s is quite literally one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to other than the Beachmont location, but I must give it a five star because the one and only cashier patty is the Coolest person I’ve ever met. She literally is the only reason I go there had to wait for food for nearly an hour, but is always helpful. No matter the circumstances, she needs manager position and to be paid the highest. “Out of the 6 or 7 McDonald’s within a 10-15 mile radius of this one. This one is by far superior to the others. It was my first time going in and ordering. The employees were nice and cheerful. You don’t see that often and the food was good. One star deducted because the fries didn’t seem fresh fresh.“

“Lanasia takes my order from drive thru and her voice smile just everything about her attitude showed through her character as a person her smile was so infectious I just want to point out that everybody needs a little bit of lanasia she made my day so much better! “I like this place but cost a little more than other but it is worth it.sometimes it might smell but then they clean. Ok atmosphere nothing really showed pazaz. They had a straight face the whole time. But I recommend.
