McDonald's in Cincinnati

“Was craving fried chicken so I stopped by McDonald’s and ordered chicken with rice and fries on the side. Everything was freshly served and the chicken skin was super crispy. The place was also clean and the crew were friendly when I asked for extra gravy. Left full and satisfied, definitely a good experience.“

“Staff is excellent. It’s a dicey neighborhood and the staff does their best. They work hard in this location to take care of their customers. There were two panhandlers outside the door and they were quite aggressive. There were several teenagers in the lobby when I first arrived, and they had to be chased out by the manager because they were asking people for food and money.

The manager initially was polite to them and asked them to leave, but he eventually had to yell at these kids to leave and they were yelling back, and they told one of the staff to go back to their country.

I believe staff needs to be more proactive with keeping those kids out, but I understand it’s a balancing act.“

“Other than the obnoxious customer at the counter, and the girl who was entertaining him, it was a great experience. Older lady I dealt with was all smiles and service. Food way typical, but that's why you choose McDonald's. Ya get what you expect. It was fast, fresh, and friendly. Good enough for me.“

The facility was remarkably clean, including the dining area and the kiosks, which made the process of ordering and waiting much more pleasant. “Tara is amazing. She is always so welcoming when my friends and I walk in. She is always in a good mood and seems to bring the overall environment up. She cares about her job and the people that come through the door and it makes the experience all more welcoming.“

“I ordered using the app and my food was hot and good. I had the quarter pounder with cheese and fries and drink. I see a lot of poor reviews on here, I won’t be one of them. They knocked it out of the park for me. I don’t come to this McDonald’s very often, but when I have my experience has always been positive.“

“I came through at around 7:25 like I always do and let me tell you, I cannot sing enough praises about your morning staff- ESPECIALLY the two lovely women I encounter a lot. There's a grandmother at the register- love her. And then your all star is the lovely young woman who always smiles. I think she is a manager. She's always smiling and greets me by name even when I don't use the mobile app. She's one of the sweetest people ever and if McDonalds knows anything; do anything to keep her. She keeps me coming back! :)“

“Friendly staff. All self checkouts are not working. \\| 3 years ago I did the previous review. The staff there is almost the same. Except for one nice lady I think the manager. Great staff I heard her tell a worker who messed up that you didn't we did we are a team. She is very inspirational and a great asset to the company. “My husband and i come to this location every morning and every morning Charles greets us with a contagious smile and always a positive attitude. I used to go through the drive thru, but my order was always wrong. Once I started doing counter pick up, ive had no problem. I want it to be clear that the 5 stars given here are solely because of Charles amazing customer service. Thank you Charles for giving our day a positive start.“

“Tbh if they still have the same employees then run for your life!!! They are so incredibly rude and dismissive it felt like a prank. In all my 33 years on this earth never have I ever experienced anything like this EVER!!!!!! “Some of my food was super hot, while some of it was super cold? It tasted very strange as well and they seemed to forget what I wanted on my burger. It wasn't too much of a problem since I have the ingredients at home, but I wish they could've paid more attention to my order.“

“I ordered a DoorDash order and received all of my food exactly how I wanted it, I forgot to add ketchup to my order and DoorDash wanted to charge me like an extra $5 for adding sauce so I called and asked them if they could throw in some ketchup and they did and it really saved my meal :)“

“Came here with a friend while we were around the town and grabbed some lunch. I went with a McChicken, fries and an Oreo McFlurry. Everything tasted good and our food didn’t take forever to come out. Not to mention, the place was very clean as well! Overall just a nice and easy lunch experience I had“

“Edit: They are much better now than they were 4 years ago so I figured I'd give this update. My order isn't messed up nearly as much. I always order through the app, it's so convenient. All the employees are good.

Worse McDonald's I have ever been to. They are so slow. Almost everytime I go they mess my order. This time they messed up my drinks. They didnt give me a receipt and when I asked for one, they said it didnt print. The only good employees are the lady that works the first drive thru window at night with all the name tags and the older black lady that works the first drive thru window in the morning.“

“My only complaint is that above the playset there a very bright light in the ceiling. Several kids playing the day I took my grandson commented that it was very hot on the upper level. Perhaps a suggestion would be to replace that light with LED bulbs, if possible, or turn that light off all together.“

“It could have been worse. The person in the drive thru did not show our order on the screen. And we were given items that we didn't order which in turn caused us to be over charged. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. I did appreciate that.“

“Out of the 6 or 7 McDonald’s within a 10-15 mile radius of this one. This one is by far superior to the others. It was my first time going in and ordering. The employees were nice and cheerful. You don’t see that often and the food was good. One star deducted because the fries didn’t seem fresh fresh.“

“This McDonald’s is quite literally one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to other than the Beachmont location, but I must give it a five star because the one and only cashier patty is the Coolest person I’ve ever met. She literally is the only reason I go there had to wait for food for nearly an hour, but is always helpful. No matter the circumstances, she needs manager position and to be paid the highest. “5$ meal -Price is right, tastes good and really filling for the price. The one thing that is troublesome is that all too often the fries are upside down in the drive through bag. Maybe there's a reason, but makes having to dig through the bag in the car unpleasant. I've eaten here relatively frequently.“

“I'm pretty sure Kendra is the only person keeping this ship afloat in the mornings. Its usually her and maybe 1 other person dealing with the morning rush, but she really holds it down. Give that lady a raise! She's the only reason we even come here anymore, if she's not there our order is guaranteed to get messed up.“
