Dunkin' Donuts in Cleveland

“3 consecutive mornings, I bought the extra large coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was better than I thought it'd be. It has a unique flavor and it's better than any other places for hot coffee. It is $3.60 for the extra large coffee.“

“Awesome place. Love my special treat of a jelly doughnut and dark coffee. Would love to eat more regularly but I have diabetes now. I love that there's a separate entrance from the garage level, so you don't have to go through the mall if you want to avoid the hordes of violent gangs of youths that plague Tower City.“

“I come to this store about 5 times a week. I always receive great customer service and great espresso. Everyone is very friendly, kind and appreciative. I have been to many Dunkin donuts because I travel all over Cleveland. This Dunkin is by far the best! When driving from the east side after work I'll pass by all the other Dunkins and drive farther to come to this store.

“I always order a LG pumpkin latte' with extra pumpkin & extra shot expresso..seems to never have either. Just tastes like st8 milk..had it added couple times but 9/10 it's gonna be 99% milk..I come on a 5 days a week basis in hopes they'll do it right soon“

“Super-nice staff. Small counter in the university center food court. It’s popular with students so there is frequently a line while classes are in session, but the line moves fast.

Parking: It’s in a university building and clearly meant for foot traffic on campus. There is an underground paid parking garage directly below it but not a quick in-out by car. However, if you are already on foot or pedestrian wheels (wheelchair, escooter, stroller) in University Circle for other purposes, it’s a quick stop-by for coffee and a snack.“

“I came here today for the first time to pick up my mobile order. They were out of milk, so one of the ladies let me taste another milk they had to see if I would like that instead…I really appreciated her taking the time to do that instead of just asking me to pick something else! Then my 4-year old seen the donuts through the display case and started asking for some chocolate donuts… But I didn’t bring my phone inside so I couldn’t pay for them and I was parked with my hazards on and trying to hurry and get done before I got a ticket! So the other lady that was working handed my son a bag with 2 chocolate donuts! He was SO happy!🥰 I cannot say enough about these 2 women and how amazing they are at their jobs! You don’t run into genuinely kind people like that very often these days, so it’s really nice when it does happen. Their customer service skills are amazing, and they went above & beyond to not only make sure I was happy with my drink, but that my baby boy left with a smile on his little face as well!
