“My wife and I just had dinner here this evening and enjoyed it very very much. The food was delicious, very fast to our table and generous portions. We dined in and were very comfortable in the booths. It is true that there are boxes of supplies stored in the dining area but that was not off-putting to me. I was too busy enjoying the delightful company of my wife and the delicious Chinese food.“

Initially, I was told it would take 45 minutes, but that wasn't the case at all. The service was impeccable, and everything was made fresh with high-quality ingredients and fresh herbs. The hot and sour soup was a perfect blend of flavors with just the right amount of spice and tanginess, while the orange chicken was crispy and coated in a delightful sweet and tangy sauce. “Very nice Chinese people. Great service nice to me every time. This is the only Chinese restaurant in Cincinnati that treat all colors equally. They don't talk bad to you, they willing to help you if order is messed up. They actually place your money in your hand while other Chinese restaurant sit the money down or drop it in your hands. I even see them washing their hands and then putting on gloves after washing their hands“

“my boyfriend LOVES this place and i’ve never been so we went. i don’t love chinese food so i usually only get vegetable lo mein. i did get the vegetable lo mein and it was really good, just a bit cold. the taste and consistency was great though. i also got wontons and those were wonderful. staff was nice but i was surprised at the price. my boyfriend loved his food though and i can say it was good. i would recommend it if you’re looking for a typical chinese restaurant. :)“

“I'm usually very quite happy with Happy Dragon. However, my most recent experience was less than exceptional. I ordered a Lo Mein Combo Platter. It was supposed to have pork, beef, and shrimp, with a medley of vegetables.

My dish was 99% noodles, and barely anything else. I think I found all of 3 shrimp, 3 bits of other meat, and a couple slivers of carrot. This is honestly the worst that I've ever had it at Happy Dragon, and I consider this to be the best Chinese food in the area, which is hugely disappointing. If I order again, I will not be ordering this, because I am going to get ripped off on what was supposed to be a part of the meal.

I didn't order noodles with sauce and a tiny amount of meat/veg, I ordered a combo platter. What I got was a disappointment. I get that inflation is a thing, but make your food right from now on.“

“Happy Garden is an underrated gem in the Chinese buffet game. A quiet and clean establishment, the food is always hot and fresh. The only potential downside of eating here is the size of the buffet. While all the food is excellent, they are on the smaller side, which limits variety and options. Regardless of that, Happy Garden is still a great dining experience, and the owner and staff are fast, effective, and friendly.“

“I visit this Panda Express often, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to! The customer service is top-notch, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and hot, especially the orange chicken, which is my favorite. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean, and it shows. The manager on shift even checked on us to make sure we were happy, which was a nice touch. If you’re looking for great food and great service, this is the Panda Express to visit!“
