“One of the best subs I've had in awhile. You don't feel like you're eating all bread. The bread is delicious but doesn't take away from the rest of the ingredients. I opted for no mustard. They also have caffeine free diet coke! That is a plus for me.“

“Can I give 6 stars to this location? I order often. They are super fast, efficient, staff greets everyone, thanks them for their business- high level customer service stuff I used to spend YEARS trying to teach bank employees. The day crew here is phenomenal, and the food is always great. No skimping at this location, keep it up!“

“This is a small space in a mini strip mall. You seat yourself or go to the counter for carry out. There is seating around the counter. Part of the area where they prepare food is behind the counter. Servers have always been very friendly and work hard to make sure your order is going to be what you want. They still bring a container of pickles to your table when they come to get your drink order. There is usually only one server who also clears tables but it is a small place so it seems to work. Every sandwich comes with a potato pancake which is their signature. Everything we have tried has been great“

“The customer service here was top notch for a busy day! All the staff was friendly and worked together to get my lunch out to me fast! I was really impressed with the teamwork at this restaurant. They were wonderful! I thought the chicken salad was ok, I tried the Buffalo Barclay, the Classic Carol, and Fruity Fran. They all needed a little more seasoning so I was glad I brought it home. It was delicious and fresh though!“

“I had a good time with alot of friends. Of a group I belong to we got good seating.and food is brought to you as they give you a number an your drink and go sit down and they yell your number or post it on a tree like stands on the tables...Good serviceWheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Always a good choice in Lawrenceburg. Kinda small, but nice interior with several tables to eat in. Orders by phone for pickup at the drive thru window are generally 15-20 minutes and almost always on point, 97% of the time. Friendly staff as well.Parking: Lots of parking, never an issue.Kid-friendliness: Great for anyone of any age.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp and doorway into the restaurant. Also plenty of handicapped parking available.“

“Traveling and decided to eat at this Subway. I quickly noticed the good energy and professionalism and great customer service from start to finish. 3 employees if not mistaken, all amazing. I had to ask, "Are you a family run business" sure enough...complimented then on their perfect service!“

“LOVE the food, and I've always had great service... Until tonight. I've been coming here since their original location in the old roller rink - so what, about twenty yrs? I've never been met with such rude service. Upon calling tonight to put in our order, my husband started giving our order to a young woman and she yelled "BRIDGET I NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AFTER THIS ORDER".... This is in the middle of us giving her our order; not even a full 60 seconds into our phone call. Then about minute later, while in the middle of ordering another item (not even kidding, we were mid-sentence) she says HALLIE DID YOU GET IT? I mean she paid attention to everyone BUT us. She didn't even ask if we were done ordering and said "Okay your total is..." and we had to say, uh, we aren't done ordering?I immediately called back and spoke with Bridget who stated she was effectively supervisor on duty for the night. She was apologetic and ensured our order was correct, but boy oh boy will I rethink my next visit here if they don't care about my business enough to give me 3 minutes of their time to take my order with their full attention.*Edit 3/2: upon picking up our order, they had given our food to someone else. So my husband had to wait an additional 30 minutes for it all to be remade. Bridget handled it well, I appreciate her empathy and ownership of the situation, but it does little to make our overall experience tonight a positive one. Disappointing.*Edit 3/4: John the owner quickly remedied the situation, which makes ALL the difference when dealing with a business. Updating my review to 4 stars. Thank you John for your quick ownership and efficient handling of the situation!!“

“Food was incredible. Normally, I'm not really into hot subs. Meaning Subs that have been cooked. The Turkey ranch was phenomenal. The portion size was large for the money. Plus it wasn't a huge mess like some other places seem to specialize in. Glad they are in Hebron.Wheelchair accessibility: Grant entrance to the sidewalk which is close to the door.“

“I ordered through doordash and walked over from my job and got my food relatively quickly. Grant it, you are paying a premium, but it's worth it. I love ordering the Grilled Italian sandwich. The staff there is kind and friendly. The prep area and cook tops are rather clean, and the food was immaculate. 10/10 would dine here again.“

“Stopped in during lunch time. First time there. Very busy, almost annoyingly busy, both on the inside and outside with the parking lot filled, but that's a sign of a good business. Ordered the new garlic sub. I am not picky, I think most everything tastes good there. Employees were friendly and I left a tip because they probably put up with a lot from customers and being behind the food counter is generally a thankless job.Parking: Crowded, busy, potholes, under construction“

“i felt terrible! the worker was in there completely alone but handling a rush with such ease and she was still so very nice. a few customers were rude but since i work in food prep as well i understood that there was nothing any of us could have done. my sub was amazing and the service was great. give this girl a raise.“

“Great subway. The staff was extremely courteous and clean. The sandwiches at all subways have taken a downturn since the pandemic, but thats the corporations fault. I may take a break from subway till they figure something out. Clean and okay. Meh.Vegetarian options: Subway has plenty of veggies as we all know. Throw em on a sub!Parking: Shopping center parking. Not many cars.Dietary restrictions: Always easy to eat healthy at subway.“
