“I needed a small catering order that I was struggling to place online. Karen, the GM, was very helpful, answered my questions and sought clarification from a fellow GM when she needed more information before proceeding. She was more than happy to ensure we got our catering order on time for our event. When I stopped by the store, she was very pleasant and accommodating. Pickup was a breeze. Staff were nice and helpful.
Only suggestion would be to return to providing individual packets of condiments rather than oz cups with lids as the lid of of one of the oil and vinegar cups came off and resulted in a mess within the brown bag that leaked onto clothing. Otherwise, will order from the Cleves location for events in the future!“

“The new menu offerings we tried were delicious. The staff was helpful and patient as we worked through a larger order for the family. The interior of the restaurant wasn't as comfortable or clean as other Subway restaurants we've visited, but we were able to enjoy the food and the conversation with the family.“

“The staff at this location is unbelievable. My daughter ordered a sub she did not like. I went up to get her another sub and pay for a new one. Staff were all smiling apologized numerous times, made a new one, and would not allow me to pay. This was unexpected. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were extremely professional. Top notch“

“Firehouse Subs is one of our favourite sandwich shops that we know of. This particular location is semi new and although we've gotten takeaway from here a few times this was our first time eating inside. It's a very clean restaurant and looked very good. Also the staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I tried out their Italian Sub which came with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, mayo, deli mustard, and Italian dressing (it also came with onion, lettuce, and tomato all of which I left off.) The meats were all plentiful and delicious here as was all of the toppings. It was as good of an Italian Sub as I've ever had. The prices are more than reasonable and the sandwiches are super delicious. Firehouse gets a big thumbs up from me.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“We went based on Izzy's top ranking for steak and looked forward to a special steak meal with dear friends. Izzy's service was amazing, drinks, sides, beef bourginon were great but compared to other top steak houses we were let down. The ribeye was not as thick as expected and not the quality of beef as expected. No steaks were offered with bone in.“

“I walked in the door around 2 PM (peak high sun) and the cashier told me that he was mad that he couldnt go shoot M252 at Nebraska. Now idk what that means but I think he may have an odd obsession with the B and O signals along the Indiana Sub. He then started crying since the signals are coming down on Wednesday, he said that he wants to shoot Laughery, West Osgood, Cochran Junction, and Pierceville. He seemed really obsessed with Pierceville for some reason but whatever, im more of a Dabney guy. Anyways the sandwich was called the Indiana “Sub” it had salt, vinegar, and a full cucumber on it, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will be back on Wednesday!“

“Another Subway location canceled my $140 order for a work meeting an hour before the meeting. I called this location last minute to order 10+ individual sandwiches. They were very nice on the phone and got it done and everything was correct! Thank you so much!!!“

“Today I placed an online order and to my surprise, the store called me to inform me that I forgot a protein option-- I was pleasantly surprised as I felt like they went above and beyond. Most employees would have just made whatever came through on the ticket even if it didn't make sense but they actually went out of their way to make sure I received what I had intended to order. “Wife and I love coming to Firehouse. For the first time today, my daughter saw they had Gluten-Free sub bread!!! She has Celiac disease and her normal choices are Taco Bell or limited items at Chipotle. She said the sub she had was amazing! The bread was awesome!“

“I suspect the low reviews are racist, I visited today and the restaurant was very clean and tidy, the counter top was clean, plenty of veggies that all looked great, and everything tasted delicious. staff was polite and kind. kinda expensive but that's corporates fault“

“So my company recently moved to the area. This subway in particular has been absolutely impeccable. From the quality of the service, the speed of the service to the cleanliness of the facility. Seriously these people get you in and out on your lunch break like there is no snow tomorrow. It is absolutely amazing. I think them very much for all of their hard work. When you have five people on the line, I’m telling you you get through there quick as a fast ball being pitched by a professional.“

“The manager is great as well as his employees! And he makes killer sandwiches with lots of meat and ingredients. He always seems concerned if the customers are happy with their food. “I go in for my grandpa often and they are always so kind and nice to not only me but my littles! I wish I knew the man’s name but he always makes my day with how kind he is to my kids. He always gives them a cookie each as well :) I absolutely adore him!“

“The Philly Cheesesteaks are awesome! My delivery was fast and delivered on time. The only reason that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the dozen cookie bites. They were broken and slightly soggy. I think they might not have been cooled enough before being put in the container. I can’t eat them because they’re gross. The sandwich was perfect.“

“I placed my order online for s chicken philly and i was late picking it up and it was still hot and fresh. I realized my sandwich was messed up but it was NOT their fault. I was just going to ask for what i wanted on the side to fix it myself but then they offered to just make me a new one. Awwww. Very pleasant service! “Food was amazing, so was the service, there was a beautiful young girl named Adriana and she was amazing! Did everything correctly and I did not have to repeat myself at all. She helped me fully through the line and made my sandwich perfectly. I came back to give a tip and compliment her on her amazing work! Very fabulous job!! I’m impressed. Not to mention the manager who was also very amazing and everyone was in a positive energy and the environment was amazing!“
