“I stopped coming to this location (in my hometown) a while back due to its poor service. I walked in today because it was the closest and they were swamped. Someone ordered three sandwiches in front of me, there were about four online orders, and a woman behind me. I was amazed at how the two ladies working cracked down and busted out those order so quickly. You could tell they were flustered, but handled the rush so well. My service was amazing and quicker than it would with empty restaurant years back. I wanted to get on here and praise the two ladies working today for their great service, kindness, and resilience shown when things got busy. I’ll most likely start giving this location another chance.“

“I usually go to the subway on Market st. in Canton.The young man and also a woman who I'm guessing is the manager are great! They are quick , efficient( great at multi- tasking) and friendly. Never had a bad experience there. The spicy Italian is what I usually order and is always good.“

“I love Jimmy John's Big John subs! I ordered pick up because I don't want a delivery in case something wasn't made correctly. I ordered four sandwiches for my family and I on a hot evening. Had to wait on some delivery orders that slammed them. But I picked up the order and everything was correct.“
