My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

Both the crafty - delicious, calming, alcohol-free, cocktails, AND the absolutely amazing staff making them, keep me coming back on days when I need a little bit of a boost or a reward! The owners… I’ve never met such kind & involved business owners, of any place, ever! Which is probably why the staff, that they’ve got has the same amazing appeal , always so very welcoming and nice to be around! The atmosphere is artsy , and inviting too! There's handicapped parking, but the door is not automatic, so I had to wait for someone to come along who was willing to open the door for me. The seating was nice, and the tables looked clean. Our friends who are regulars here invited us to try this place.
We had the octopus appetizer and it was a perfect 10+
Cannot even explain how tender and amazing it is!
We were told they have the best steak you will ever eat.
Yes it is the best steak ever!! Portion is crazy huge and every bite tender and delicious.
I had the Said boullebais and it is amazing. The broth is piping hot. The lobster, scallops, shrimp, clams and muscles were perfectly cooked. Huge!! Enough to share.
Cocktails were spot on.
My friend had asparagus soup and had me try it . Yes it was beyond terrific.
Now I have to go back to have it. The chef visited our table and he was so welcoming.
Our server Rose was perfect and so knowledgeable.
I highly recommend this place

“We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious!

The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun.

The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp.

“The Prestis I remember is from 1987 it was known as Prestis Donuts. It was located further down, a corner shop that remained open 25/7, the reason being… the shop had no doors to lock. Yes, it was a donut shop (I think cannolis too) and not a sit down place. Best donuts in Cleveland, be it 2 AM or 2 PM.

“We stopped in for lunch and it exceeded our expectations! We ordered a ham sandwich on focaccia bread with potato, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the Claudio sandwich with white bread. It was all spectacular! The story of how the shop started was also sweet to read inside the restaurant. We will definitely stop here again next time we are in the area.“

Can definitely tell they’ve cut corners - they got rid of the hole in the middle are gone, and $16 for a dozen. You can come out to Painesville and get a full dozen for cheaper and MUCH better!“
