“Haven’t been to JT’s Diner for about two years. Thought we’d give it a try as we remembered it being good at their previous location. We were very disappointed in our breakfasts. My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

“Just love this place. Everything they make is fresh and tasty. Freshly made pita separates this place from others. Every single component they have is of high quality which isn’t very common. Waitress Mandy was excellent. Really appreciated that we could reserve a table for a regular time rather than specific New Year's Eve seatings and it was no problem to be out of there before their 1 3/4 -2 hour time limit for the special night, even with dessert and apps. Multi-racial clientele and good jazz over the sound system.“

Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.

“We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious!

The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun.

The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp.

“Love this place the spicy garlic parm wings are fantastic and we come here often for prime rib and burgers. Its always really good food. The wait time for service can vary depending on when you go but they are usually pretty on top of things and take really good care of their regulars.“

If you like crispy, chewy sourdough crust and thinness and amazing flavors, this place is for you. I would say it is like Roberta's of Brooklyn, NYC. The sauce is also tart and has amazing flavor. My favs are the pepperoni and the white pizza with the mushroom and garlic. I have tried Little Italy, some place that starts with M and V, and I tell you, if you are a coastal expat, this is your pizza oasis.“

“We stopped in for lunch and it exceeded our expectations! We ordered a ham sandwich on focaccia bread with potato, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the Claudio sandwich with white bread. It was all spectacular! The story of how the shop started was also sweet to read inside the restaurant. We will definitely stop here again next time we are in the area.“

Can definitely tell they’ve cut corners - they got rid of the hole in the middle are gone, and $16 for a dozen. You can come out to Painesville and get a full dozen for cheaper and MUCH better!“
