Thank you for helping me with my missing order when you guys were slammed in the evening dinner rush. You definitely do not get enough recognition for the work you do. As someone who used to work fast food, it's not an easy job.“

“I ordered the 2 with a large drink. And pup cup I was asked to pull forward. They brought me my food no fry I went back in. The girl with all the peircings. Said. I asked u if everything was correct on the screen. Then she gave me a small regular fry
.I get back to the car there is nothing hardly in thr pup cup so I go to take it back in and say I am so sorry but could I please get the rest of the pup cup. Even the other employees were like why did u make it thay small a customer is at the back booth she said what is that suppose to be I side a pup cup the girl with thr piercing went over to the table. And I guess felt the need to start talking and say I guess u can't please everyone how unprofessional. And i was walking away so i didnt hear the rest of what was said.First of all. If I am paying for something I should get it. But to talk about another a customer like that..... it's just wow. ..
I'll be calling head quarters.... and of course. They didn't give me my aide of the cookie dough I ordered but I don't feel like going back in just to have someine talk more crap... next time I'll just go somewhere else. Not here agian“

“I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at this location but tonight I felt ADAM really deserved recognition!
I pulled up at the drive thru around 10:40 pm. I felt bad about coming so late but my boys were hungry after a baseball game that ran late. Adam made me feel that he was genuinely happy to be of service and glad that we chose Arby’s! That NEVER happens anywhere else on a late night.
Customer service was impeccable! He also hit his marks with upselling at every chance - which further shows his dedication to the job! “Would you like some of our hot delicious cheese sauce for those curlies?”
He is someone management should be so happy to have! Thanks Adam :-) and thank you to the rest of the team for always giving us such wonderful service!“

“A funny thing happened today. I alwas, get the beef and chedar combo ,when I got my order it turned out to be the 3 cheese roast beef combo.. What happened was I saw the six on menu board and thought it was an eight. I'd been wanting to try it bit it was on my chicken list. Turned out to be Purdy good.“

“For the people who are fed up with far from fresh ingredients, filthy restaurants, and questionable staff at Subways in the Fairborn area, you won't find none of that here! Staff members had great attitudes, restaurant was spotless, food was very fresh and last but no least, they take coupons! You guys rock thank you!“

“I order at the drive-thru at this skyline quite often for dinner. I always come through with my dog and the employees are so sweet they all interact and give her lots of attention and dog treats or a hot dog. It means a lot to see them take effort and time to notice, and give my super needy, attention hungry doggo some TLC, she loves it! :)“
