“🍦 Sweet Frog Visit – A Fun Treat for the Kids 🍓

Stopped by Sweet Frog for a casual dessert outing. The concept is simple and interactive—customers grab a cup, choose their favorite frozen yogurt flavors, and top it off with a colorful assortment of goodies. Once assembled, the final creation is weighed and priced accordingly.

The yogurt was tasty and the kids enjoyed the freedom to build their own combinations. They offer what appears to be a ~16 oz cup and a larger container for the more ambitious. That said, pricing felt a bit above average, especially if you’re not careful with portion size.

All in all, it’s a fun concept and a decent treat—likely best enjoyed a couple of times a year as a novelty stop for the children. Nice way to add some variety to their dessert experiences.“

“Clean location, staff have been helpful and accommodating each time we visited. We enjoying trying the new rotations of treats that they keep putting out. Having the minis available now is a great improvement. Store gets a bit crowded at peak times.

Parking: In a lot with a few other business

Kid-friendliness: A smaller area and there are display cookies out so kids maybbe able to grab these. Also they have tablets for ordering which kids can reach.“

“One of my favorite coffee shops because they always have the tastiest coffee and it's always hot. They have medium or light roast available. The desserts are good and the staff is really friendly. beautiful fresh flower arrangements that is such a nice touch:)“

“The ice cream in the service were good. What was lacking was attention to the men's room. Was completely out of toilet paper and paper towels. The manager did have one of the staff take care of the problem when it was brought to their attention.“

“I love going for icecream to our hometown shop! You are ALWAYS greeted with a huge smile and never made felt like an inconvenience no matter how big or small your order. They are fast efficient and oh so welcoming! I try something new everytime and haven't been disappointed yet!!!“

“My family has grown up visiting Durbins- ever since my mom was a little girl. I live in Kansas City and viait every time I make a trip to Ohio. Sometimes you love a place for nostalgic reasons- while that is true here, it is also DELICIOUS. I took my husband for the first time and he couldn't stop talking about how yummy his sundae was. Best hot fudge and thankful they sell it in jars so we can take some back home to KC to enjoy. L“

“I always give a place 5 stars if the person behind the counter is nice and goes above and beyond what’s expected. Michael is incredible. She made me a custom coffee that I have to say was way beyond delicious. She has what is missing in many of today’s service oriented businesses. She has kindness. Believe it or not, you don’t find that quality too often. As always the gelato was delicious but the service is what keeps me coming back.“
