Despite that there were a few people in the shop. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he was working a closing shift and had glasses. He was really nice and upbeat, gave us extra cookies because they came out a little small. Now that I know this location exists, I'll be back. :)“

“The food is always great. The service is always friendly and accommodating to any food restrictions. The restrooms are always clean, neat, stocked and smelling fresh.

“Located inside the East Market building, this sub shop is essentially a large cubicle in a food court with multiple counters serving all manners of American and ethnic foods. The sandwiches are large, pricey, and come with sides that look like afterthought. The service is a bit sketchy and seating is limited to one bench! The limited space inside the East Market building impacts the overall experience heavily.“

“This my first time visiting this spot! I’m new to the East side area and as soon as I walked in the door I felt the warmth!

Once you’ve ordered and the food is ready they are able to bring it to your car or you can’t wait inside (which is a huge plus)! The woman at the front counter was so sweet! The chef was amazing as well! I got a warm turkey sub with fries and a drink and it hit the spot!!

“Used to eat here regularly but not so often anymore. Stopped in here a few weeks ago and was dumbfounded by the price increase of their subs. Don't mind paying more, if it's the same portion size, but the sandwiches have shrunk drastically in size as well. Looks more like they're being put on a hot dog bun than a sub bun. It's just not an economically sound choice for me to eat her anymore. This used to be one of my favorite quick stop eateries. Although the food was still delicious, I can no longer afford it. You can get more for less, at alot of other sandwich shops.“

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. “I always get my hot sandwich as a wrap, the chicken bacon ranch. The last few times it wasn’t good because the kid who usually makes it isn’t there all the time. Well he was today. Laeric is an excellent sandwich maker, he takes the time to listen, and builds a great sub with a perfect ratio or meats and toppings. When he makes a wrap you actually eat the whole thing and don’t have to leave the ends in your bag due to no toppings. That kid deserves a raise!! I’ll only order a sandwich from now on when he’s there. He’s also a great team member and communicates well with his team and helped when they asked in the past!!“

“Best customer service I have seen in a while. I ordered 4 subs with turkey on the app, but somehow the actual order didn’t say NO HAM on it and so they prepared the subs with Ham. I did not check it when I picked up but I came back and informed them about it. I am not sure where the mistake happened, but I was willing to let go if they wouldn’t want to make new ones. The owner was so nice and had made all the four subs again without HAM without charging anything extra. Very pleasant service and love the way the owner handled it without any complicated discussion“
