“The experience here was superb just like the other restaurants in the Looking Glass Hospitality portfolio. If you have Celiac or gluten intolerance they are excellent in their protocols and were able to adjust items to celiac specificity.

We had the Korean Corn Dogs which were 10/10. The Caesar was heavy on kale which is not our first choice of greens but it was generously dressed and had fresh grated cheese. The scallop and beef parpardele were enjoyed as well as Lobster Mac (fresh!) and wedge potatoes. Dip potatoes in the cheese sauce for a menu hack!

The creamsicle cloud dessert was unique as well as light.
Drinks wise they have an excellent selection and I enjoyed the Lychee Ginger as a great cocktail with Asian inspired appetizer.

This is a must for a date night with someone with allergies or if you like to dine local with local ownership. Parking garage is conveniently attached behind the restaurant and there's an entry from the garage to the restaurant. We were there on a Sunday so the area was quiet.“

“This is happily the monthly fallback Go-To for my wife and I. The employees are professional, food is tasty and consistent, seasoned nicely. Comes out fast. I can always depend on this place for a quick dining experience. I would like to see more new menu options more often, but perfectly happy with what they have. The ONLY nit-picking thing is the bakery options. We especially don’t love the cookies, seemingly dry and way too many peanuts on the peanut cookie. It would be nice to have desert options on the menu like a lava cake or a gooey ice cream cookie option. But that aside, high praise!“

“We are from out of town and came in late, trying to find some vegan friendly food but also good for my omnivore partner and it did not disappoint. Sunny greeted us and was friendly and personalizable during our entire dinner. We ordered the Mediterranean veggie wrap and salmon “omega 3” sandwich and it was amazing! The side of vegan Mac and cheese was one of the best vegan Mac I had. Prices were quite low for a restaurant these days, ranging around the $10-$15 range for an entree. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

I had a delicious four-course meal (the calzone I chose was amazing!), and loved that you pick your entrée when you book. Everything was served hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The train ride itself is smooth and scenic—you catch glimpses of the city that you just don’t get from the road.

“we ate in today, my mother and i. our experience with our server, Amber was unlike any experience that we've had before I'm grateful. I haven't necessarily given them the best ratings in the past, I don't remember our server's name those times. Amber however will be unforgettable for the rest of my life and here's why. there were a couple of elderly couples that were seated after us, and she was very familiar with these people already, whereas we were not familiar with her at all. she handled each table differently, accordingly, no doubt with respect and love. heavy on both. I had to call and record a charge on my card and I was kind of holding my mom up and be able to order food and I felt bad because she was starving. somehow some way, Amber had our food out to us very quickly, cooked perfectly, absolutely everything the way that we ordered it. we didn't have to send anything back, we didn't have to ask for anything else extra to be brought to us, she even walked by after a few minutes and brought us extra napkins. I mean, super top notch service. quick, perfect. and that singing voice on that woman oh my god! The chili is of course authentic and is smooth in texture, similar to Empress for anyone who's had that before. But of course very different in texture from the likes of say Camp Washington Chili. I found it had a bit better taste than Empress. Them I wasn't a fan of, but I'd certainly come back here. Service was great, Angelo is still back there cooking, very impressive! It seems to be a very much casual local place, old fashioned in a way, all of which I really enjoyed. It is cash only, so be aware of that. All together I had a great experience. Great Cincinnati Chili for a great price, with great service and nice atmosphere, what more could you ask for!“

“Faith Restored hallelujah!!! I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and never had a problem I had to leave a bad review until last visit. I was angry and upset and just did it. My 80ish old Mother in law wanted to go for her birthday so I gathered the entire family and I gave it another try. So glad I did.
We actually had the same waitress as last time. She was night and day and did a great and professional job. I ordered the apps and man did I choose the right ones. The kids love the pretzels and I wanted to try the loaded Saratoga chips. When she came back with them I was beyond amazed by the quality and quantity. If you’ve never had their homemade chips you’re missing out. They should market these , sell these in stores. They are light, fresh and the taste is out of this world !! The beer is always icy cold and delicious. We all tried something different this time and everyone was super satisfied. I don’t think a visit to a restaurant could’ve been any better. I know every person and every restaurant has a bad or off kind of day. I want to apologize for being angry and giving you a bad review. Nobody is perfect. Your reply was very professional and you even offered to pay for my meal. You’re back on the map for taking my entire family out when we’re remotely in the area. “First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else.
