“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! OUR NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!!“

“This is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The service and food is always on point. I get the garden hash for breakfast and either the scallops or the mushroom pasta for dinner. I love the ambiance in there as well. They have a nice outdoor area and they have areas you can rent out for parties. Highly recommend.“

“A dinner experience and vintage train ride is raar and this one was a real treat. Our group of four dressed for the part in 1940s costume and sat in the music car.
The music talent was a nod to the Andrew’s sisters of the same time period. They were excellent. Our group had prime rib with baked potatoes and green beans. A salad was served separately before the main course. All food was very tasty!
We were celebrating a birthday in our group, so the singers sang their rendition of Happy Birthday. Loved it!
The meal ended with delicious desserts to include chocolate pecan pie and strawberry cheesecake. Yum!
A history of the train and area was intertwined in our experience and was so interesting. Highly recommended this tour. Best if in a group of four as groups of two is hard to get a table set up for that because of the configuration of the train cars.“

They let us catch up for hours and our server answered our many questions about the menu and wine with patience and knowledge. Our food was delicious and the wine pairings were excellent. We recently placed a very large wings and tenders order for my mother-in-law’s birthday party, and the entire experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish! We called the order in a full week ahead of time, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. They followed up to verify the order, and then went above and beyond by calling again as a major snowstorm approached just to make sure everything was still good to go. That level of care and communication truly stood out. My husband picked up the order this morning as they opened and everything was ready right on time, packaged perfectly, and included an abundance of sauces and everything we could possibly need. The wings were hot, crispy, and incredibly delicious, and the tenders were just as amazing. We received so many compliments at the party on how good the food was. The staff is truly top notch, and the food speaks for itself. We appreciate Berds so much and will absolutely continue to support and recommend them and use them for any large event! This is how you do customer service right.“

We had the calamari, ceasar salad, prime rib, and filet to eat and my boyfriend wasn't the biggest fan of the prime rib, but this place still earns 5 stars because of how good the rest of our food was! My steak was cooked perfectly, the smashed potatoes were SO good, and oddly enough they have the best croutons I've ever had. Definitely recommend and wr will be going back!“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. Dine in or carry-out - just go get some!!“
