“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.

I'd requested extra writing and they nailed it and clearly put effort into the piping. They also did not scrimp on the fudgy crunch layer, as a different location did one year. “Shout out to all the great employees at LJS today :) I came in about 4pm, explained I was from out of town for work and that we do not have an LJS in the Akron area and that my family loves it. I ordered a 16 piece family meal with sides, 4 extra chicken planks, and 3 orders of crumbs. The staff were more than happy to prepare this feast for me to surpise my family with. They were super nice and took their time to make sure every bite was delicious. Thank you again guys for making my families night and doing such a great job! “I usually go to drive thru, but because the last two times they got my order wrong. I went inside to order tonight. The young lady who's name is Izzy waited on me. She was very busy putting orders together and said that she would be right with me. When she was done she took my order. As I watched Izzy almost run to keep up with filling orders. This young lady is truly an ASSET to this DQ.
She is attentive, kind, efficient and does her best to keep things moving along so customers do not have to wait. A perfect example for all employees. Kudos to Izzy for having great work ethics,“

“This is one of the nicer taco bells I have been to the people I have dealt with are nice my food is normally right but the past couple times I went o got a surprise with my 5 layer burrito had fries in it never thought about doing that until I bit in to it a discovered it's really delicious thank you for the delicious mix up this is how im going to find new ways to eat food“

“I don't know who she was, but we were eating in and (I'm assuming) a manager asked us how we were doing. She then asked if we'd like a refill on our drinks. We declined, but that's the first time I've ever felt superior customer service at a McDonalds. She went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated.“

“I visited this KFC location as an Uber delivery driver, and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making sure the food was fresh and ready to go. While I waited, they even offered me a drink, which was a thoughtful gesture. It was one of the best delivery experiences I've ever had. Great customer service all around!“
