“I usually don't eat lunch, but decided to give it a go today. The store was clean and my food was fresh. What make me write this review was the exceptional service I received from Leeasia upon checking out. I have purchased veggie burritos in past years but Leeasia was the first to explain the free guacamole that comes with the veggie options. This may not seem like a big deal but it made me feel like I was getting a good deal. I always coached my teams on making every customer feel like they are the only customer (by giving undivided attention) and she did just that.“

“I visited Culver's while exploring a new area, and it turned out to be a good choice. The restaurant felt bright, clean, and welcoming from the moment I entered. The menu had enough variety, so it was easy to find something that matched what I wanted. My order was served fresh, and everything looked nicely prepared. The staff checked that customers had everything they needed, which added a nice personal touch. The seating was comfortable, and the dining area stayed clean during my visit. Parking was available and easy to access, so there was no hassle before or after the meal. Overall, the experience was smooth from start to finish, and I would happily return if I'm nearby again.“

While praying over our meal I became overwhelmed with joy and began to cry. A sweet team member named Karrington placed her hand on my shoulder to check that I was alright. I explained that I was just so thankful for time with my mom and my upcoming wedding and she celebrated with me! Another sweet team member named Julia stopped over with celebratory ice cream. It was truly such a heartwarming and one of a kind experience. Karrington and Julia’s kindness truly touched my heart. Thank you for sharing in my joy!“

“I’d like to start by saying that I am a Cincinnati native where Skyline chili originated. I was in Columbus visiting this past weekend and came across a place that reminded me of home 🤗. Stopped in the drive thru where Sa’Niya was my greeter. My order was placed and when I got to the window to pay I spoke briefly with Sa’Niya about her customer service. A-1 🌟. From greeting to conversation she was so nice and polite and friendly! Stayed in Columbus for 4 days and she by far had theeeeee best customer service the whole time I was there. The food was also fresh and taste just like home 🌟“

“I recently discovered this restaurant today 09/05/2025! Through my sister. It's absolutely delicious! I'm particularly fond of their grilled chicken tenders. The Carolina Gold BBQ sauce was incredible and complemented the toast perfectly. I also had the 6 Boneless Wing Pack Carolina Gold BBQ Fries Tossed in Sauce/Dry Rub I'll definitely be returning!“

“I love the meat here. Also their sauce is really good. I used to go here alot more when I wasnt sick and more mobile and they always would make a tray for me special because I was picky. I rechecked door dash and I'm positive it doesn't let u order gyro meat by pound. Please change this because it's easier for me to order from you.“

“Absolutely loved my food from here! We ordered food from here while at Combustion Brewery. We ordered 2 burgers, 8 chicken tenders and the Carolina dipped chicken sandwich. We walked over to order as we had a lot of customizations. The staff were incredibly kind and patient. They quoted us 15 mins for the food and delivered to my seat in the brewery! This place knows how to cook chicken! Both the tenders and the sandwich were extremely flavorful, hot (like right out of the fryer), and juicy! The burgers are smash patties (highly recommend getting a double) but man are they good! Near the top for my personal burger list. The fries were super crispy and flavorful but a tad too salty (and I like salty fries). Overall that's not enough for me to ding my rating as I went there for the burgers. I didn't rate the atmosphere because we didn't eat in restaurant.“

“I was gonna rag on the place for being slow, but the guy is extremely nice. Went out of his way to apologize, even though they’re only two people here I think the third shift of this white castle is a lot nicer than most of the places in the fast food industry.“

“I don’t use their AI drive thru because it’s slow and difficult to use (have to repeat many times). It’s faster to go in and order in person.

I went for breakfast around 8AM before a road trip. *The staff was very helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.*

The breakfast sandwiches are always good. The chicken sandwich was a bit over fried tasting and dry. Coffee is decent.“

BUT I still ate them babies lol paired great with the celery and bleu cheese. I got a Caesar wrap for someone else, in which they stated was really good. I might try that next time.“

The mozzarella-stuffed corn dog dipped in cubes of sweet potatoes, deep fried to golden perfection, then sprinkled with sugar and jalapeños is unreal. That combo hits every note: gooey cheese pull, crunchy exterior, soft sweet potato bites, a hint of sweetness, and just enough heat. It sounds crazy, but it works so well. Fresh, indulgent, and totally crave-worthy. If you’re even slightly curious, go. You’ll be thinking about it later too. 🤯

“every time i come to this taco bell, my order is 100% correct and the employees are always so nice. everything is always fresh and hot, which has been hard to find at other taco bell locations. today i had a mobile order and the person making my food asked if i was trying to make a quesarito with my modifications (which i was, that’s my favorite menu item of all time) and he made it to a T and was so kind and warm about it. the woman at the window is there almost every time i pick up my mobile orders, and she’s always smiling and kind also. i love this taco bell! it’s in the same plaza as my job so i come on my lunch breaks pretty often. 1000/10 experience! days like today are why i keep coming back to this location and will continue to!“
