“Another Colerain township gem..!First off I was greater by 4 smiling faces. I was assisted with ordering, and offered shake on spices, a very lite lemon salt, homemade hot sauce, and fresh made tortillas. Ordered the whole roasted chicken dinner. Came with beans and rice, and a nice tossed salad. EVERYTHING was delicious. I had to dash a bit of all the seasoning in my food, and was pleasantly surprised at the unique flavors. The salad was fresh and crisp. All in all, it was a 5+ star, south of the border experience for my senses, but especially my taste buds.Gracias amigos, we will return!“

“Chat GPT had directed us here on Saturday the 4th. The food was great! My son and I each had the Salmon with Sweet Potato fries. We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. Annie M was very attentive, kind and had a very happy face. For everyone, actually. I just wanted to say how pleased and surprised we were with how good everything was. “My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! “Quite a fun and lovely evening. Wonderful atmosphere in vintage train cars from the 1940s and 50s. Railroad staff are in uniform and there is a great trio singing music from the time period. Service was friendly, efficient, and attended to our every need. The food was prepared on board the train and everything was very tasty! There is a full bar and several fun, themed cocktails. The route was great and offered some fantastic views. The conductor also provided some wonderful history along the route. I've been wanting to take the train for so many years, and I'm so glad I got the chance! Guests often dress in vintage clothing, so feel free to join in on the fun.“

They are all so so kind, especially the two lovely ladies who normally work register/food hand-off. We were seated - four adults looking to enjoy each other's company. Approximately 15 minutes after we sat down, the hostess sat a large party that included 5 toddlers. The noise level went through the ceiling. the entire restaurant was empty - or nearly so. What inspired the staff to sit this noisy bunch near us? We had just started eating making requesting a move very inconvenient to us.“

We recently placed a very large wings and tenders order for my mother-in-law’s birthday party, and the entire experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish! We called the order in a full week ahead of time, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. They followed up to verify the order, and then went above and beyond by calling again as a major snowstorm approached just to make sure everything was still good to go. That level of care and communication truly stood out. My husband picked up the order this morning as they opened and everything was ready right on time, packaged perfectly, and included an abundance of sauces and everything we could possibly need. The wings were hot, crispy, and incredibly delicious, and the tenders were just as amazing. We received so many compliments at the party on how good the food was. The staff is truly top notch, and the food speaks for itself. We appreciate Berds so much and will absolutely continue to support and recommend them and use them for any large event!
