“I was in here this morning, 3/8/25, and there was a young woman who appeared to be leading the shift who was WONDERFUL! I ordered at the wrong Starbucks and she happily helped me. She was so sweet and seemed to sincerely care about the work and customer experience. Give the girly a raise or I’ll poach her to come work with us! 😝“
“This place is incredible. I’m so very glad that Hamilton has something this nice and fancy. The city deserves to have food this good. The bread is made in house, it’s wonderful. The drinks are so good. Service was excellent and they care a lot. Wonderful place. Go and try it.“

“I love the strawberry matcha and my fiancé loves the strawberry milkie. The staff is super friendly and pleasant and the store is clean. There is only one problem: it smells like rotten milk. We would come more often if it wasn't the case. Again, wonderful place for a little treat.“
