“I encountered the nicest young man working behind the counter on Tuesday Evening. He was very polite by explaining it was his first day and he was still learning. I handed the boy, which I think his name was J a tip because of how considerate he was. Keep up the great work and the managers/owners of this establishment should be proud of this young man and his people skills. I will visit this DQ again.“

“Only one employee on Valentine’s Night - the place was packed but the young woman was doing her best. She was efficient and courteous- most people her age would not have handled themselves so well. She deserves a raise!!!“

“Incredible! Drove through with a carload of friends and ordered a bunch of different things (burgers, fries, shakes). The food was about what you'd expect from a roadside ice-cream stand, but it was reasonably priced, portions were big, and it was made fresh.
The shakes were especially good. We'd been told to try the peanut butter shake, and it was definitely worth it. Chocolate, butterscotch, and vanilla were also very good!
It's a family-run establishment. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Highly recommend if you're looking for reasonably priced dinner and dessert in the Sandusky area. Will DEFINITELY go again.“

“My daughter and I were in the area from South Carolina visiting family in the area. Each night she wanted to try a different ice cream shop. Our favorite was Pied Piper! The flavor and how creamy the ice cream is won us over. Ended up stopping 3 consecutive days!“
