“The last time I had Mexican food this good I was in Cozumel eating at the home of a local. Everything here tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. Not one thing reminded me of a chain restaurant, this is the real thing. The food is made by people who know how it should taste. On this visit I had a carnitas quesadilla and the meat was tender and tasty, the tortilla perfectly crunchy. The service was fast but not rushed, friendly and helpful, gracious. Kudos to the team putting out food of this quality that is also affordable. A meal here will not only fill you up, but you might leave with enough for a late-night snack, too. Oh yeah, don't miss the Flan - I got one to go since I was stuffed from dinner. Thank you!“

“We visited Neovo before the Morgan Wallen concert, and I have to say—the place is beautiful, and the staff remained attentive despite being extremely busy. The Al Pastor and Chimichangas were delicious. A must visit.

A huge shout-out to the two gentlemen patrons, the staff and manager who immediately sprang into action when a customer went into full cardiac arrest. True Good Samaritans. And to the yacht from the Harbor Club that selflessly handed over their AED—you may never know the impact of that act.“

“They get Mexican food right! I've visited many Mexican and Latin restaurants in the greater Cleveland area. I've been disappointed most of the time. I wish this one was much closer to home. It was so good I would be a regular if I lived nearby. I certainly will stop there when I'm in Parma. I try the tacos at every place I go as a standard. I don't know why the beef never tastes right. To be fair, I moved here from Los Angeles which has the best tacos in North America. I've been in search of a really good place. I had the steak street tacos. This restaurant nailed them perfectly. The flavor of the steak was delicious. All of the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The servings were plentiful. I should add that the service was excellent. Those guys really made me feel at home. Hope to be back soon.“

“I love this place so much I came here two days in a row this week!

Yesterday I tried the tacos, with chorizo, carne asada, and al pastor being my trifecta! My favorites were the carne asada (meat was seasoned to perfection) and al pastor (a delicious balance between sweet and savory.

Today I got the sopa de pozole. My seasonal allergies are kicking in and this soup really helped me deal with it! The pork fell right off the bone and the broth was so rich.

Fresh mango juice was delish! 🥭 Aside from the delicious food, the customer service was lovely. They checked in with me plenty of times :)“

“Sad that I hadn’t ventured here sooner. The atmosphere was calm and exciting at the same time. The guac was impressive, and the chips were perfect…and then the food came.

I was not at all expecting to have a steak this good. I can normally pick apart a steak but literally nothing on the plate was anything short of perfect. The potatoes were next level.

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. “Since when they charged the service fee for a party of 4? I know some restaurants have this policy for party over of 6,8,10 etc...., but for a party of 4? Really? Plus the tip is optional not required, I'm been there many times I love the food and I always had good service till today, the service was rude and terrible“

“The grocery store has authentic Latin American products that I could not find anywhere else in the area. Ordered steak plate from restaurant and it was also authentic and delicious. Real Latinx flavors. Highly recommend. El supermercado tiene productos Latinoamericanos que no pude encontrar en el area (totopos El Milagro, queso panela, paletas, pupusas, etc). Ordenamos una carne asada del restaurant y aliño estuvo delicioso.“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“I ordered my first burrito from the downtown location on 7/14. I visited the website to place my order for pickup and noticed the BOGOOCB offer. Great for my first time choosing to patronize this restaurant. So I proceed with my order. I got the Naked burrito. I get to checkout, entered the code and it doesn't work. I called the restaurant and was told that the code never worked. False advertisement? I ordered my food, walked to pick it up and was told by the staff that someone would reach out. I have yet to hear from anyone. It's not right publishing a non-working code and not honor the offer.“

“I had the tings chicken quesadilla and the chicken was flavorful but a little dry. The horchata was very good.

I need to try some of there tacos! The prices are reasonable if not cheap (compared to just about anywhere else).
I will be back for elote and horchata!“
