“I love this Dunkin. Everybody is so kind and every time I order here my food & drinks are great. They get very busy in the morning, but understandable so considering everyone comes at the same time in the morning. Don’t forget your service workers are human, and humans can mistakes :)“
“There is nothing better than having a great coffee and I am never disappointed at this location. I come to Kent twice a week and if I didn’t live almost an hour away I would come here daily. The staff is amazing and I have a drink they don’t technically make anymore but I still have the recipe and they make it perfect every time 😊 I’m always welcomed with a smile even when they are busy. Wish more places were as welcoming and friendly“
“The staff here deserves 10 stars!!! I placed a mobile order for my cousin to pick up because it is her birthday! I called the store and asked if they could write happy birthday on the cup! Just for something a little special! The person I spoke too was so eager to do so and extremely friendly!!! Not only did they write on the cup, they also gathered around the drive thru window to yell happy birthday, and also gave her a donut on them!!! They didn’t have to do any of it at all, but THEY DID!!!!“
