“It was such a treat to find this place in Cleveland after going to the Cleveland Clinic. We visited Japan from the end of March to beginning of April and it’s hard to find very authentic places. This is the most authentic that we’ve found in Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Wow! Loved it! The person behind the counter was very nice too. My mom and I both had the Shrimp tempura ramen bowl with a few minor modifications. They were absolutely delicious. Super authentic! We had all different kinds of ramen all over Japan and this is definitely on par with what we had there. Such a wonderful surprise! Love the walls being painted to look like a city in Japan! So cute! We’ll definitely be back to try the pork buns, gyoza and onigiri. If you love Japanese food, do yourself a favor and try it. You won’t be sorry.“

“We really like this place. It's our go to for a few special occasions and we were here weekly during Covid coz we wanted to support and keep it open. The Tempura ramen is ny wife's favorite and the kids love the bento boxes. Also the basic salad and miso soup are family favorites. My one strike against them is the Roast duck ramen. When I received it last visit, it was 4 pieces of duck neckbone and a couple of other random parts. I said something about it and the manager replaced the duck with a few new pieces. Those pieces came out hot and sizzling on some parts and cold as the fridge in the same piece which leads me to believe it was microwaved. Not very fresh or delicious. The rest of the food was good and the service was good as always. Just recommend to not order roast duck.“

“i’m here 1-2 times a week i love this place. workers are kind and the food is so delicious! i just walk I always get a big smile and they are like hi How are you and everybody waves to me i go to the table i always sit at and they bring me my water and they say “yummy v roll extra sauce” which is what i always get ( ITS SO GOOD) im like yes you already know and they usually double the portion size they give me so much more i feel guilty sometimes i cant eat it all lol. I love them sm! as for the atmosphere, it’s always very calm, which is great! I haven’t tried any of their Boba or anything. I always just stick to my usual, but I have tried A lot of their rolls and they are all very good. I definitely would always recommend the crunchy California roll or the yummy V roll. i’ve never had a problem with them or their service for them making everything I feel like compared to other hibachi restaurants. I think the food comes pretty quick. I think the prices are decent. I don’t think it’s too expensive but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s cheap if it on a tight budget. I absolutely would recommend this place“

“Yihi Japan serves food fresh from the hibachi. The price of the food is well worth it. The serving staff are very polite and professional. If you're hungry after shopping in Tower City Center Mall, this is definitely a must for lunch or dinner. This express style Hibachi is hard to beat and the location could not be more perfect by it not being in a crowded mall. Always an excellent experience in here!“

“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. “Chicken and shrimp were over cooked and dry. Also they charge almost 5.00 extra to use a credit card and a 18 tip is added to the end of the bill. They don't tell you so watch out you don't double tip.“
