“My family and I were at Leetonia Dairy Queen tonight and it was very busy. I am an empathetic person and I could sense a lot of tension and stress amongst the employees. After we ordered and received our food, we saw a female employee storm out of the kitchen and say “I’m done!” The only two employees left working were very young and customers continued to walk through the doors. The teenage employees were stunned and upset. A couple of minutes later, the male teenage employee sheepishly stood at the cash register and said, “Our manager just walked out and we’re both underage so we have to close. We’re really sorry.” A bunch of us felt very sorry for the kids and went up and gave them extra tips. The teenage boy said, “Is it okay if I cry in front of all of you people?” We all reassured him and the female teenage employee that this was not their fault and that these things happen. They both cried and hugged each other. The boy put a handwritten closed sign on the door and began the process of locking up. One of the customers still inside with us finishing eating went over and hugged him. My 7 and 5 year old kids were watching this whole situation unfold and I was very happy with how the teenagers handled themselves in such a stressful situation and with how all of the people (even ones who were turned away after just having walked in) treated one another with love, kindness, and compassion. Not a single person responded rudely or unkindly. Everyone showed empathy. Kudos to those two teenagers. Experiences like this will serve to make you even stronger and ready to face adversity.“

“The wife and I favorite place to go eat. Food is always good and because no customers are ever in there and it’s just us, we have the place to ourselves. The place is always spotless and well taken care of. Staff always greets us with a smile and ask how we are, and wishes us a good day when we leave, every time.“

“I have tried multiple Taco Bells in the area, this is one of the few ones who actually know how to make a good grilled cheese burrito. Everything was for the most part even and I didn't have to eat everything in vertical layers! Plus the cheese rollup was warm! I didn't even have to wait too long to get my food. Good job yall!“

“I had an amazing experience at Hardee’s yesterday! The burgers were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The fries were the best I’ve ever had—crispy and full of flavor. And the milkshake was just perfect—not too sweet, but incredibly creamy and satisfying. I was truly impressed!“

“Clean dining area. I was greeted upon entering amd got right to my order. I did get the $6.00 biggie meal(with spicy nuggets) and ranch on the side.. and the ranch was nice n cold too. COLD ranch is everything when using it with the spicy nuggets. It was pouring rain outside, nice amd comfortable inside. Great experience.“

“Shout out to the morning crew today. Columbiana McDonalds was busier than I have ever seen it for breakfast on a Sunday. Orders were behind. Parking lot was full. The young blond girl behind the counter was kind, apologetic and showed compassion to stressed coworkers. I hope they had a better afternoon! Thank you, I will be back.“

“I order my food the lady was in a rush and kept interrupting me and they forgot part of my order did not know I told it was delivered so had to go back out to pick up dinner for my daughter told them and they wanted to charge me a delivery fee again for their mess will never eat here again“

“Will never eat at Columbiana one again. New manager was very rude after I was a customer there for years. Even if it were my first time, no excuse for how he treated me. My family also got sick for 3 days off the medium pizza we consumed. Had a funny taste. But thought it was just my taste buds. Salem is alittle better. Had some rude service there and they don't deliver to where I live like Columbiana. Waste of all the points I have on the app.
UPDATE 2026. Seems to be a good bit better than previous visits. Updating to 5 ⭐️’s for the lunch buffet. One of my go to places.“

“It's a Subway, so if you've ever been to one before, it's exactly what you'd expect: subs and salads. This location is very clean, and the employees are awesome. They recognize me and know my order. The line moves quickly, even at lunchtime. The only downside is the parking situation: there are a very limited number of spaces, and it can get very busy here around noon. It's even worse in the winter when the snow gets plowed into the end spaces.“

“Wish more places had GLUTEN FREE bread products. Subway has it at "participating locations" but the Lisbon one isn't one that carries it.Most people who have gluten allergies eat salads there. That's fine.. but I'm kinda all salad-out. Been eating them for 3 months almost every meal on some days.They are going to being back the rotisserie chicken. Right now they have oven roasted turkey slices so not ?% sure if it is loaded with sodium but it's better than the soy chicken bits they carry.I'm not allowed mayo or I'd get the tuna fish.Otherwise the staff was pretty good to us. No complaints. The one lady was doing cleanup since it was the last hour & half before close and the one lady doing the sandwiches had to ask for help twice.Typically we don't shop on a Sunday, but it was needed.Thanks for having fresh veggies. Tho the lettuce was looking a little brown. It didn't seem that the sides of the pans were as frosted over as some of the other places. The veggies were pretty chilled.“
