“My husband and I frequent this place, but today was extra special. We went there today to take advantage of the BOGO special for Mother's Day and by the time we got there, it was sold out. The owner Jen Crichfield came out and spoke to us to explain how busy they were today and how quickly that they sold out of the special BOGO containers. We totally understood and was about to leave. She then made conversation with us asking us what our favorite flavors were and asked would we would be open to letting her give us a few different samples to taste. We agreed and tasted flavors that we probably would have never tried. We then stood there and spoke to one another for a while. It was pleasureable. She spoke about how nice we were and we said the same to her. Good customer service and simply being nice goes a long way in todays world and definitely appreciated. “I love this location, the gentlemen with snake bite lip piercings was so incredibly kind and fun and just made our day! “This is now our go to location! Subs, wraps, and salads, are made with care and with the most fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate your order. I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. “I finally got to try this place for the first time since my son’s ABA clinic gave us a coupon for a free 5 inch. It is the best sub I have ever tasted better than Subway. Better than Jimmy John’s better than them all. Plus, let’s add on the fact I called and asked if they would bring my subs out curbside because I didn’t want to get my newborn out of the car and they were so generous enough to bring my order out to my car. Definitely five stars definitely will be going back“

“Decent place for what it is. Time Management was horrible hence the 4 stars I waiting for about 15 mins for my food at the drive thru window. You guys close at 9pm. So when I walk in at 8:20 and get service like this!.... I have to speak up. I hate places that close at a certain time but close everything up before hand (which is 90% of fastfood/fast casual places).
